I got a little teary eyed watching that record go. Back when I was young and impressionable riding my first big bike, a 954 Blade, DJ had just clocked the 125 mark. It's still fresh in my memory. The lads are titans.

What happened to your 954? That's my dream bike I'd settle for a 929 erion edition too though! The 929/954 platform is one of the best bikes ever made and with a little modification to the fairings they become 2 is the best looking bikes to date in My opinion. I don't like the newer look of the sport bikes aside from the 06-12 r6 and the 09-13 636

brendon smith it’s not really that expensive man, flights were a grand, we hired a motorhome in London and went over on the ferry. Then it’s just food and drinks everyday. You could do it for a few grand if you wanted to...

Funny enough. This is the year without a TT. Still the media coverage is way better this year than the previous couple of years. At least for us who doesnt have ITV4.

Absolutely today's gladiators..

In 2018, I was at the Isle of Man TT for the first time, it was unforgettable and wonderful. Now again in 2024, I can't wait for that beautiful Spectacle to begin 👍😍👍 Big greetings.

Man I wish I could ride a bike at all.😆 Never tried to ride a serious bike , except some small one with 50cc and one shift when I was a kid, but I really love to watch professionals blast it. Love to drive too, but only on 4 wheels. I just feel much safer and much confident on 4 wheels. But those guys here are insane. Balls of steel. Hands down.

Roll on TT 2022, and only so many TT's left when you consider that manufacturer's are stopping petrol engine production. Batteries will never do 6 laps on full power and are no way the same. Can anyone see 20,000 people coming to watch a silent race? Get the isle of man on your bucket list once this kung flu is under control, you'll love it here!

These guys are the best racers of any category in the world of you ask rally, f1 , indie car even proper circuit bike racers they say tt riders are mental but the best in the world even Monaco as a street circuit has proper barriers these guys are feet from curbs trees , walls , bonuses I just find it truly amazing how they travel flat out only using their brakes for certain corner's and use the gears for the rest of them , just simply amazing

The insight into Hickman’s and Harrison’s mind and thinking was fascinating. Not often you get to hear these sorts of secrets from current racers 👍🏻

I'll ride a blue bike no matter what for the rest of my life. I have a '07 yz250, 2020 yz450f, 2006 R1, and my 2021 R1 is ordered and paid for. Just waiting on the factory. I ordered the raven edition, just like my '06. My 06 makes 213 wheel with graves cams, I ported and polished the head myself. Graves dual valve springs, and of course full graves titanium race exhaust. So absolutely straight through, not cat, nothing. I also have a small 50 hp dry N20 plate on it for when I toe 6th gear. 211 mph in 5th, off the bottle. 226 in 6th on the bottle. I put a Ohlins shock that Nikki Hayden gave me on it, had RG3 do the forks, my famous Hayden brother homie also gave me some crazy ass calipers and rotors with no name brand you've never seen or heard of. My 2006 R1 is a insanely nasty machine. Everyone underestimates it and end up getting their feelings hurt when I blow their brand new zx10 off the road. Its extremely light, weighs just over 360 pounds, and through the 7 mile long 2nd gear wheelies, intersection jumping 100 feet at 100 mph, nose wheelies, endless rides at max attack to Lake Tahoe (I'm a battleborn, absolutely insane, combat veteran from the badass town of Reno, NV) or Virginia City, she has over 34k miles and has never, not one single time, let me down. The only thing that has ever gone wrong is batteries, and starters after bumping up the compression. Looking forward to that 2021 R1 but my 06 is part of the family and will be with me in my grave. I met my gorgeous cop fiance on it when she pulled me over for doing a wheelie. I've ridden her from Reno, Nevada to Miami, Florida (my bike, not fiance) and back again. Made it to Vegas from Reno in 4 hours and 43 minutes averaging 137 mph. Had to carry a couple baja jugs of fuel in my backpack it was a fast but incredibly inefficient especially on a 80% e92/c16 mixture. I think I averaged like 23 mpg. Anyway, YOU RODE RED 'TILL I BLUE YOU AWAY!!!!!! YAMAHA FOR LIFE AND LICK MY TAINT IF YOU DONT LIKE IT MOTHAFUCKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hahahahaha, yes, I am really THIS insane. And yes, that is me in my profile picture. 236 foot gap with no paddle tire, hung over, no gloves. I say I'm fearless, not insane. My lady says I'm all 3. I said, theres only 2 adjectives there baby, she said nope, ur forgetting fuckin stupid. Hey, I'm a badass mechanic and fabricator so I cant b that stupid. She said, well, they broke the mold with you hunny, cuz ur fuckin stupid. Then laughs and let's me have the sex to her. I guess I'm fuckin stupid friends. I'm fine with that. Especially when people think I'm ACTUALLY stupid. I have an IQ of 196 so, in no way shape of form am I unintelligent, I'm just prone to making bad decisions and doing things that if I make a slight mistake will kill me. I mean seriously, if you dont have it 200mph patch I dunno what the hell ur doing with your life because you're really missing out on something that almost as good as sex, better than masterbation. That's pretty damn good depending on how well you can fuck yourself. Honest opinion, do I seem crazy? Everyone calls me crazy. Especially after watching me ride or drive. I'm not scared to die. After being in a war that men lost their lives at my hand, other shit just isn't intimidating or daunting anymore. It's like when you've raced motocross all ur life then get ur first liter bike. The 450 just isn't that fast anymore. 60mph feels like 20mph after 2nd gear 130 mph wheelies. Yes, shes geared very, very tall. 112 in 1st gear. I like it like that. Actually I LOVE it like that. Torque is fun in a drift car, on a liter bike, it's not quite as imperative. Besides, you'll never hear my bike under 4000 rpm unless I'm warming it up.

A family friend, and club member of my dads racing club, (1957-1968, Nortown Motorcycle Racing Club, Willowdale, Ont.🇨🇦) raced the Isle of Mann a few times. I think you all might know him, he goes by the name of, Mike Hailwood( I have club photos from the 60's, as well as home gatherings(parties) photos, with him, and his wife to back that up).Now there's some bragging rights for ya, eh!
