So agree. I'm on vacation, the prices are nominal. The MDR and buffet are just not good anymore and I am old and spoiled :)

Have been to Roatan three times now, January will be four. It's honestly one of my very favorite ports. There are a LOT of options on the island if you do a little checking into it. Favorite so far has been getting a ride to West End and just bumping around down there for the day. Some really awesome places to check out, a very local and ex pat vibe going on. It's a little bohemian dive village really, with some great food to be had and incredible snorkeling right from the shore. I almost don't even want to mention it because it's not crowded up with cruise passengers, but at the end of the day it won't really matter because most people won't want to get themselves there without a Carnival excursion. We're pretty brave, trust the companies we go with for transport, and worst case scenario we have passports and credit cards lol Missing the ship would suck, but it's not actually the end of the world. I'd honestly really like to go spend a couple of weeks there someday. Splorin hats FTW!

@@RandomRecess just beware the confusion: West End and West Bay are close to each other, but not the same thing. You can, however, take a water taxi between the two.

Hopefully my incessant comments help your algorithm lol I've been watching ads all the way through to make up for it. My adult son (ironically called Chris), one of the two favorite cruise buddies I travel with, literally TEXTS me "Mum, mum, mum, mom, mama, mommy, mum" in single FB messages on the ship to get my attention. That blip totally cracked me up. I can tell he's getting irritated when it becomes MAWWM! MAWWWM! because I haven't answered. Chair lift is an oh hell no for me. And yet, it seems like every trip I take, my sister or son manage to get me on some form of bucket of death. Even the rotating ones (aka ferris wheels). I just love you guys, totally the way our gang travels too, and I just know you're reeling in the humor to keep it youtube safe ;) You'd be a blast to hang out with.

hardest part of bariatric surgery is the liquid diet before the surgery. im post-op 6 months. My husband eats all my leftovers too!

Since shareable and drinks in souvenir cups are excluded from the Cheers Package, does it still count against your 15 drinks per day?

So I don’t think so, unless you hit your 15 before you buy it. Once you hit your 15 free drinks then they cut you off from even buying them, but if you buy drinks in between, they don’t. It’s weird.

We stayed at the free part of the beach near the showers. They have paid and free chairs. Mostly paid so make sure to get there early.
