Haha I don't know how I used to do stuff like that, thank god there is no video of how badly I fell, ouch. Yea at this point in the trip we knew we had to be up 5-10 pounds each already, figured avoiding pizza was going to save us some...Nope unlimited drink and dining won this battle, but still got time to lose weight again before Vegas in 2 weeks haha! Thanks so much guys!

Right?! We thought about cutting it down but hoped people enjoyed our back and forth in it - haha. The sushi is great - we will always make room for Izumi if we do upgraded dining.

Dream cruise. Roatan is amazing I have family in Honduras but sadly have never been. Great vid.

Thank you Josh and Rachel for bringing back so many fond memories of Roatan !! We did the shipwreck snorkeling also! It was a great deal. We truly enjoyed Roatan (Carnival cruise) and it sounds like you both did too especially no long tender to port !!! Lol 😂 Dinner look good, but not as good as Rachel’s hair!! Cute !! Keep up the great work! Looking forward to the rest of the cruise vlogs!

Little French Key was AWESOME...Great food and drinks and the animals and scenery (perfect) ...I had the best time there (this time was a stop on a Cruise (excursion) about 5 years ago)

Little French Key is the perfect little spot to grab a few beers and chill for sure

Roátan is the BEST! I hope to retire there and enjoy Salvavidas like you guys did!

Wonderful video, my favourite part was the snorkeling and seeing the peacock. I haven’t seen a peacock in person for a few years.

Glad you enjoyed it Neil! It was surprising how many peacocks there were and how casual it all seemed with them just wondering around. Glad you liked the snorkeling - we had just bought a gopro with this trip in mind. Seems to be a pretty great new addition.

Thank you so much Tracey! GoPro coming through with the underwater scenes for this cruise. We had just go it and not had much time to practice before the trip. So glad the footage turned out so good

Joshua & Rachel: Let’s get some coffee before our snorkeling excursion! 👍 Josh & Rachel: Enjoy large blended frozen drinks with chocolate, banana and lots of Rum. 😲 Me: …that’s not coffee. But, hey, chocolate has caffeine, just like coffee! 😁😅🥲 You’re going to fall in the water anyway. 😅😂🤣 The KZread commercials cut in just as Josh jumped, excellent timing. 😁 There may not have been a lot of peacock feathers on the ground, but I bet those peacocks dropped something else there. 💩 Hours later, when most vacationers are having alcoholic beverages, the coffee drinks appear! 😂🤣🥲 What a beautiful location, glad you both are enjoying these excursions, the food and all the entertainment options.

Thanks Griffon - this was such a contrast from the day before, I am glad that it showed in the Vlog. We loved this day.

So many times we noticed the souvenir shops were selling items from China. They have the same items over and over in each of the shops. Negotiation on pricing is typical in the Straw Markets. *Remember to Rest during your cruise* You do not need to do everything. You can cruise another time and save that future cruise for “new experiences”.

Yea it is a bummer that most of those souvenirs are just Chinese trinkets with the location slapped on them. Will have to remember to try to negotiate if we pick anything up. We generally only buy Starbucks Been there Series mugs otherwise we would have no room. We struggle with that not doing everything at once haha, someday we will learn. Thanks so much Ted

I loved this one! I still haven't been to Roatan, so it was great getting to see it through your guys' eyes! That snorkeling footage was awesome -- did you use a gopro??? Little French Key looks beautiful - that water is SO nice looking!!!! Your vlogs have me looking at booking another cruise lol!

We did get a GoPro - just before this cruise so it was our “trial” run on it and absolutely loved the content it brought! Roatan was so awesome! We can’t wait to get on the next cruise in September to Alaska!

Awesome - thank you so much for watching. We have not been on Virgin but it looks awesome. When we booked our first cruise together (was supposed to be March 2021) we were going between an Oasis Class RC ship, Virgin Scarlet Lady and Carnival Mardis Gras. Ended up going with RC after things opened up again and now we are trying to get to Diamond. After that i could see us trying out a few other companies. Have fun!

Maybe on a ship like this I can talk Brittany into going finally. She’s afraid she is gonna get stranded in the middle of nowhere

After a couple of days on board the ship, your appetite slows down. Typically, you gain about 5-7lbs while cruising for 1 week. Did you try Johnny Rockets for a quick breakfast? After your cruise could you please evaluate the specialty restaurants and whether it was worth the dining package? I remember RCL offering a deal on two specialty restaurants in the beginning of a cruise. It was a good deal if you did not want the full package.

Thanks Ted. We were so sad to hear that Johnny Rockets on Symphony has not brought back breakfast yet. We did get there for lunch though and loved it. I’m not sure how much we covered about the specialty dining on our last day. I will say that the only place we would not return to would be Wonderland though, oh and we were not fans of the Windjammer for 2 breakfasts

How did you guys end up booking your excursion on Little French Key? We are wanting to go so bad but all the weird social media hacks have us a little leary. We are cruising carnival and it isnt offered on our excursion page.

Honestly I feel we lucked out that we ended up at such a cool spot. We did a $50 snorkel and beach simply since we saw the price was on the lower end after paying a lot for the Chichen Itza day and wanted a cheaper relaxing day.

Have you folks considered using wireless mics?

We do have wireless mics that we use for our Las Vegas Restaurant reviews since they tend to be very loud settings and we have time to set up scenes, but so far we have found them to be more cumbersome and harder to use in a daily vlog format. If we find some easier to use maybe in the future for these types of vlogs. Our current one plugs into the phone but requires me to take the case off the phone making it harder to control the camera then.

Wait, when did you go?? I thought LittleFrench Key was no more?

We have seen those things on Instagram as well, I think it was either hacked or a hoax. We went in the middle of May and saw some of those posts that show the same time period we were there. Either that or the pirates were pretty nice to us, but slow cooks - haha

I can definitely verify that posts like that were happening before we went and during the time we went. It seems they are unrelated or some elaborate hoax.

I feel so badly for you. It looks like you hardly saw anything during your snorkeling! :(
