You can't counter the technique while already falling from your opponents attack. He fell and then just twisted to pull the attacker after him, that is not a valid technique, if they allow that then everyone will do it and it becomes impossible to attack...

@@user-jr6cr4qv7c Ye, but he fell first because he didn't really counter the throw, he just twisted with it to drag his attacker down with him... There is a big difference there, if you really control the counter you will not land first and it would look totally different...

No idea what you are talking about, An didn't simulate anything. And Hashimoto knew he made a mistake as soon as he did it, he even gave An a tap on the back in apology...
