Day 2 : Buddham Saranam Gacchami | feat. 3D Audio

Музыка

Join Meditative Mind on Day 2 of 'The 30 Days of Chants' journey!
Today we will recite Buddhist Mantra in Pali Language ' Buddham Saranam Gacchami'.
We also feature 3D Audio in this track, so use of headphones is recommended, but not mandatory.
Day 2 is all about beginning the process of surrendering to the higher self. To know that there is some bigger, higher force or energy that is in play, and we all have access to that energy. And how can we access that force that energy? By surrendering, by taking refuge into that higher self, by becoming one with that, by becoming part of that force, that energy. And that journey starts with taking refuge in Buddha Dhamma Sangha. And there is a formula that we can recite for that.
बुद्धं शरणं गच्छामि।
Buddham saranam gacchami
I go to the Buddha for refuge
धर्मं शरणं गच्छामि।
Dhammam saranam gacchami
I go to the Dhamma for refuge
संघं शरणं गच्छामि।
Sangham saranam gacchami
I go to the Sangha for refuge.
These words are not just for uttering, but for investigating, to go deep into their meaning. To meditate upon. Buddha means the one who takes us from Darkness to Light, towards wisdom. Towards higher consciousness towards mindfuless. Dhamma is 'Here - and - Now', It is not taking refuge into some intellectual writings or anything but something we can access here and now. Sangha Means community, community where people support, help each other in the meditation practice. It is very important to have a community, so that when you are feeling down, when you are not feeling your 100%, or when you are stuck somewhere, the Community is there to Help you, to pull you up.
~ Understand ~ Meditate ~ Chant and Sing Along ~
Go Deeper. Connect and support others down below! Cultivate Mindfulness. Breathe Fully. Remember the journey itself is the reward! See you tomorrow!

You might want to reconsider the 'pride' aspect of being a Buddhist. That probably is not in line with the teachings.

Listened to this Sanskrit chant at the Big Buddha temple in Phuket. It puts you in a different state of mind. Glad to find it here. Put on headsets, sit in a quiet room, close your eyes and listen to this chant. I feel thousands of years of ancient wisdom in this powerful chant.

this is the best mantra for agya chakra. people should know how to forgive. we have 3 deities on agya chakra - shri mahavira on the left, shri buddha on the right and shri jesus christ in the centre who becomes shri mahaganesha on back agya. they all teach us the same thing- forgive forgive forgive. forgive urself for all the mistakes u have done so far and forgive others also if they've hurt u. forgive those who don't even deserve to be forgiven. bcoz wen we don't forgive, we play in the wrong hands and the other person enjoys his life.

Sanskrit vs. Pali Sanskrit is a classical language which flourished in India thousands of years ago but has lost its glory in modern times. Pali is also an ancient language that has been widely used in the Buddhist scriptures. The Sanskrit language is much older than Pali. Sanskrit had been a language that was in vogue from the Vedic period. Sanskrit had a great influence on religion and literature. Sanskrit was part of the cultural tradition. Sanskrit, which is considered an Indo-Aryan language, was the liturgical language of Jainism, Hinduism, and Buddhism. Pali is considered a Prakrit language or a middle Indo-Aryan language. Though the Pali and Sanskrit language are known to be closely related, Pali is not considered to be a descendant of the Sanskrit language. The Pali language is considered to be a composite language having several dialects and most likely is based on the language that Buddha taught in which is generally considered to be a Magadhi dialect. However, the scholars are divided on the origin of the language. When comparing the two languages, Pali is considered to be simple. Both the Sanskrit and Pali languages have basically the same vocabulary. The grammar is also considered to be similar, but Pali has a simplified grammar. In the case of vowels and diphthongs, the Sanskrit “ava” and “aya” is reduced in Pali to “o” and “e.” For example Sanskrit “dhārayati” is written as “dhāreti” in Pali and Sanskrit “avatāra” is written as “otāra.” The Sanskrit “avi” is reduced to “e” in the Pali language. For example, “sthavira” in Sanskrit is written as “thera” in the Pali language. Summary: 1. The Sanskrit language is much older than Pali. 2. Sanskrit is a classical language which flourished in India thousands of years ago but has lost its glory in modern times. 3. Pali is also an ancient language that has been widely used in the Buddhist scriptures. 4. When comparing the two languages, Pali is considered to be simple. 5. Sanskrit, which is considered an Indo-Aryan language, was the liturgical language of Jainism, Hinduism, and Buddhism. 6. Pali is considered a Prakrit language or a Middle Indo-Aryan language. 7. Both the Sanskrit and Pali languages have basically the same vocabulary. The grammar is also considered to be similar, but Pali has a simplified grammar. 8. Sanskrit had been a language that was in vogue from the Vedic period. It had a great influence on religion and literature and also was part of the cultural tradition. Rating: 9 May publish. Realize that thought without unconditional love is limited, potentially destructive and illusory in its nature. In our journey towards silencing the mind, wich is just memories gigling like a monkey, and finding something beyond that, we need some time to decondition our brains and bodies, in this time we face our ego toe to toe, our anxieties, fears, the superficial ones and the deep rooted child coming ones. In this time is wise to understand the meaning of "Buddham/Dhammam/Sangham saranam gachami". May all beings find happines. ^_^
