Day 19 I go against the wind on a bike ride. Super chill according to my Apple Watch recording only 129BPM in average heart rate. But I definitely felt more than that. My lower body is very sore after this.

Wow I wanna start biking but I have been afraid to fall down when I was young I had a tricycle the reason I can remember it now is because it was so much fun drifting

Drifting sounds crazy to me. Biking is a good exercise. Lower impact than running for sure and you get sun light and fresh air. Wear good protection if you worry about falling. I wear full protective gear when I do long boarding.
I want to go for a bike ride sometimes.
