I’m 17 soon to be 18 and I’m planning on joining the iron workers 21 in April. Been nervous thinking about it coming up soon so it’s good to hear that it’s been a welcoming experience for you. Inspiring to hear how good things are going for you man, keep it up!

Connor Sorrell best advice I can give is show up everyday. Just be the hardest worker there. Also just be a sponge.

May I ask how many hours you tend to work a week. You have weekends off?
