As someone who is in very good shape told me.. If it don't hurt a bit. Your not doing anything.

I think Day 9 and 10 are my favorite so far. Because when tiff&dan said Lower it did focus on lower abs and this Upper one worked my upper Abs like mad. ❤❤❤
