USA, we have arrived! The YOKKAO USA Tour 2023’s first stop is Heart & Pride Muay Thai Gym Los Angeles, California. The energy is palpable; Saenchai, Duangdawnoi & Kru Fasai arrive and are ready to get straight to work. From warming up with specific shadow boxing drills, to deconstructing techniques and combinations that Saenchai uses in the ring and getting to perform them in front of the man himself. Then it’s time to use what you’ve learnt in sparring. Both Saenchai and Duangdawnoi go at it with the Muay Thai enthusiasts, displaying beautiful techniques. From Saenchais classic sharp and fast combinations, sweeps and fun antics that make these seminars so special. Alongside Duangdawnoi letting the energy of her first time in USA fuel her even when faced with an unluckily opponent. What a day, what a seminar. Thank you for the energy Heart & Pride. So glad Muay Thai is so popular now. Sanchai is a true legend, probably the best Muay Thai practicianer we've ever seen and he seems like a cool guy too.

The old bloke has way better technique and is a way better fighter. Yet you didnt mention him? Obviously you have a boner for the girl. You dont give a 💩 about her fighting ability lol

😂…no…Thai people have the true King. We have Saenchai as the Thai boxer to represent our people. We can say he is King of Boxing but then again, we have White Lotus too. Both are good friends actually. I get what you mean. 😊

She hits the shinguard so there's no damage and the other person gets some good feedback. If she wanted to she can hit the side of the thigh like in the real fight and then you'd feel a lot of pain even if you're well-conditioned. She also used a teep to tip the other person off balance while they were not firm on the ground and in the middle of trying to do a move. That's just a sharp push, but it's not painful. Generally for people who spar, they should know the basics and have conditioned their abs at least a little bit.

The girl in the red shirt is too jumpy more training required. She should've slowed her down .
At 4:39, you would kill her in a real fight even if you don't know martial art. Most of the guys here would kill here in real fight. That is just true because the guys have more muscle mass, bigger bones, and usually move faster.
