Hats off to both players not giving up when it looked bleak and continuing to fight. When I loose critical point with secs to spare it usually throws me off and I blunder my moves.

Interesting game. Both players had little economy the whole game and still found a way to make it Interesting. It does look like necron player gave up after the take and hold decap. Still annoyed by the lack of a comminsar. One of them would've turn the tide earlier. Really all the necron player had to do was put gens somewhere else on the map and then make the lord again. That would've been gg. Good cast.

out of curiosity. outside of a lucky critical location hold has anyone seen an imperial guard winning vs necron o.0 i can't remember last time i saw that..... so this was a first...

You mean in general? Every time there is a x vs necron game, the necrons almost always win.

They can with a good rush and of the necron has bad micro. But yeah full power necrons usually beats full power guard.

I think if ig manages to survive to late game with decent economy they win against anyone. Their t3 and t4 are the strongest in the game so i guess turtling with some map pressence is a valid option. Focus on teching and economy while defending lps as much as possible. Once kasrkins, ogryns and lemans roll out its game over. A basilsk or two wont hurt either.

Yeah, felt like the Necron player gave up near the end there.

What is the name of the map? Wow it looks beautiful I love winter maps.

I think that Necron player was better, but lost to op ogryns and because of dramatically low speed and low building damage. Bad balance in vanilla.

The necron players micro is non existent and he made a huge misplay by pushing no anti building units and no anti vehicle units against the imperial guard xd

@@guan8926 on the other hand, if he d buy immortals, waisted money, he d have lesser units to beat guardsmen, so it would also be risky

@@romanivanov4288 I wouldn’t say so no. He had enough flayed ones for skirmishes outside the base. He didn’t respect the guards tier 2 at all. He should’ve stalled out until he can get vehicles or should’ve gotten a resurrection orb and camped the guards base with immortals and necron warriors. Correct me if I am wrong, but I swear the necron player didn’t get upgrades from the tech building for warriors.
