Noticed that too. Not only that, but I remember this dude a lil' while back during Wednesdays w/ Reda and now I see a spot for him here. His style improved so much over the last couple years. It looks like he can make any clip not look boring. *approved*. REAL skates is a mix between Krooked & Anti Hero, improve me if i'm wrong.

Well, this dude......... doesn't have that DISGUSTING push-turnsidways-swingarm (as if they're Mike Mo) and pop a backside tailslide swag. He pops a bstailslide and does it with swag. If we talk about skateboarding, I see that he has a lot of room to maneuver here no pun intended.

where’s the open mindedness guys come on. we’ve seen the same old transworld steady vx filming one to many times. chris thiessen is a legend for saying fuck that steady normy bullshit and made this shit look fast, exciting, and yes he was probably super amped on the filming. can everyone please remember that these skate filmers make jack shit making these videos - so why would he film some boring steady shit that looks like every other filmer I’m the game? he wanted to stand out and that’s exactly what he did. now, after watching substance, I can tell exactly if certain footage is filmed by chris. give the man credit. give this beautiful vid more love. his style naturally stands out and we need things like that in skateboarding always.

I think you missed the point of this whole video. It was chris thiessens vision and his turn to make a transworld video and he wanted it to stand out (filming and skating). Haven’t you noticed that every single part is just fast simple sidewalk skating? In my opinion, this is what skateboarding is. Who cares if Davis Torgeson can do some fucked up big handrail shit. I’d rather watch the film or and skater come together and make some kind of cool core style skating that makes me want get out of my house and do the basics. It can relate to anyone. seriously.. every part in this video - everyone has a lot more potential to do crazier tricks but the video wasn’t about that.

Man, Chris Thiessen can really ruin some good skateboarding.
