Yes but over saving is also problematic. I have a friend who’s grandmother was an insane hoarder and lived a life of absolute filth and “poverty” in an apt she didn’t own. She died and left my friend 900k. I have a relative who did the same and left 5 million. She lived a good life until 60, then just became ultra paranoid, stopped investing and just lived in a deplorable state. Money isn’t everything. Sure don’t waste it all but one must have balance
