Part of the comedy to me is not really knowing which is which, until he keeps going to the end which is usually so far out you know it's not reality.

I love how easy this one went. You can totally tell why David and Theo are friends. Awesome podcast, and David Spade is still hilarious after all these years.

@Jeremy Owww my eye Stephens Exactly the same story. Saw him come up on SNL, then the movies with Chris, and since then I've always appreciated how he really never seemed to buy into the BS. He had a show on for a while in the early 2000's on Comedy Central I think (can't remember the name) that was SO funny and even back then I thought "wow, he's still got it!"

sagresnaw It seemed like Bill walked in hateful. I genuinely felt really sad hearing him be such a asshole. Theo is still a kinda young guy, and Bill is a vet. But instead of being a mentor or at least willing to be nice he was just kind of a snarky asshole. I’m not saying Theo needs his hand held. But instead of eye rolling or acting like he’s a idiot tell him Theo what he isn’t understanding. Theo came off as slow with Bill because Bill wasn’t being helpful. But David was at least making Theo be clear or concise.

Spade is a cool dude.. He never really busts anyone's balls.. But he is an analyzer of comedy. He probably has also had the best bitches, out of all the comics. That's why he's so chill..

After listening to Spade's problems with his father leaving, he got real personal and honest. Farley, another great comedian, suffered from his own dark thoughts. Love you both, Spade and Farley. As a kid, I spent it glued watching you on television, and it's you guys I have fond memories of.

Man this is a great episode. These guys totally get and respect each other, their chemistry is so chill and funny. I’m a huge Theo fan and like Spade and read his book. They’re cut from the same cloth

Theo, I sincerely got love for you brother. You are so authentic. Stay on top of your sobriety game and remember bottling stuff up leads to slippery slopes. Your honesty, and the followers' honesty just compelled me to speak openly myself. I relapsed right before 5 yrs and have been living in literal self created hell for abt 3 yrs now. I got myself out of my former brink of absolute destruction and had almost everything I could hope for but I lost focus and all I can say is any true alcoholic or addict, we simply must cherish and prioritize our sobriety. @@jwood2415 i dont agree with that cus bill had the same vibe the first time he did h3h3. Its probably the same reason y he does most of his podcasts alone apart from when his guest is his wife. He's like that on joe rogan sometimes too. Bill's usually better solo i guess.

Theo and spade are bad ass theo is so good at letting the guest speak. He lets spade be spade and tell his long stories but will bring the question back and gets another awesome story
