David Seymour, and ACT generally, is but a limpet on National's rump. If Winston can come in as late as he has and make a splash, and NZ First is certainly doing that, it is precisely because Nats and ACT have left a void, and boy have they.

reminds me of Morning Report back in the day.
Go Winston! Seymour shows himself as the arrogant being he is, again and never clearly answering a question. Remember, when asked about the Bill of Rights questions from a NZ citizen, your reply is 'no one cares about you mate" and then you attacked him personally. I remember.
I think Winston has clearly shown that he was VERY late to the part in announcing what he supposedly stands for, and just wants back in - he's looked at all the policies of those who want Labour out, and simply adopted them. Some would say smart move, but he always has been. But I'm not sure that his being in Parliament ever makes a significant difference
Seymour showing his true colours there I think - not a good look. He doesn't sound like the type to work with people to get the necessary changes made.

The trick is to vote in candidates from all the minor conservative parties, in areas where they have candidates, (DNZ, NZ Loyal, NC's, Vision, etc etc), and then vote for the party that is most likely to oust Labour. This way, we may get a National/Act government, but we would also get a huge number of 'freedom based' MP's, who would possibly take in more MP's with them. They would be ones that hold National/Acts feet to the fire, and they all have basically the same policies and goals.

Thats exactly how I read it. tbh I was quite disappointed at DS's show of fear coming thru that attack. Id say that was the deciding nail for me - I'll vote NZF

In other words, Winston always goes where he thinks he'll get the most votes. He talks the talk - and then he walks in the opposite direction.
People didn't need to vote Labour in 2020, David needs to be careful the way he miss understanding of Winston.David and the National Party are center leaning on the left.

that is true - they are left essentially.
Yes I would trust him but would he trust you Mr Seymour not sure I would trust ACT yet you could have had my vote.
Winston has played games ever since '96. I'm no fan of Seymour and his politics but I agree with him on this.
You could be projecting a little
Love you Sean . ❤ Lot real so called journalist could learn from. You an AVI ... Ask the tiff questions 💯🤙
A lot of hate I see for Dave but I see him as the only one that speaks the truth.
David Seymour at this point you have my vote however I may change my mind back to National (!), you may need Winston's support in the house on difficult issues, so do not close your mind to him - his policies fit with your own ideals ...co governance, law & order, education, treaty issues, economy - very similar issues to your own and his party is positioned centre right. We must change this current government for the betterment of all New Zealanders to restore the confidence and growth of the country.....so put aside your petty bitchy attitude - we all know the past but perhaps it is time to move on and take support where you can get it!

National already selling NZ down the road...re Carpet (agreeing to Labour decision) type in schools...just this last week...Big Roading (great idea...) but not with help from Authotarian Regime/s...Nat lost my vote (after all my voting life) last time due to China Appleasement...Kiwirail Locomotives...Cheap deal with manufacturing lies and an unreliable service record possibly close to or exceeding English Electric reliability issues way back in the 50's...Hence relying on US motive power for some 6 decades and still...Don't forget what China pulled-off back in 2020... Some in the Islamic World (sadly) could only ever have dream off achieving, post 9/11...
What has David Seymore done for society. Winston: gold card. Seymour: nothing
