David Letterman - Stupid Cigarette Tricks with Tom Mullica

Комедия

Comedian and Comedy Club owner Tom Mullica performs some crazy tricks on this classic 1985 David Letterman show. He performed at over 3,000 sold-out shows during his eleven year run at the famed Tom-Foolery Magic Bar Theatre (1976-1987) in Atlanta, Georgia.

Back when I was working with Joe Stevens I got to meet the great Tom Mullica who was one of the funniest magicians that I ever knew. I got to see him perform at the Tom Foolery in Buckhead in Atlanta Georgia. I even parked my truck right across the street from his place. I couldn't believe I could get so lucky. He was a great friend after that and went on to perform in Las Vegas. I have had some very lucky moments in my life and meeting Tom Mullica was one of them.

He subsequently suffered from organ and liver failure. On February 18, it was decided to take Mullica off life support.[9] He was 67 years of age."

In the digital age where everything is done with editing and computers the real talent of someone doing actual illusions live is something that is fading away.
