@swen6390

@Shadow Responder We do know who shot first since its on video. Also stockpiling firearms isnt illegal. Every one of the guns they owned was bought legally and were licensed. There were only 2 guns that wasnt licensed because they were still waiting. Those guns is the reason ATF got a Warrant. Also if they wanted koresh so badly why didnt they take him when he was outisde? The FBI literally had their hideout infront of the complex.
@swen6390
3 жыл бұрын
@Shadow Responder Not a single one of the davidians pointed a gun at the ATF until the ATF opened fire against the complex. It was after the davidians were fired upon that they fired back to protect themselves. Arresting koresh while outside wouldve been the best choice as they couldve interogated koresh about the two illegal firearms that he owned. Also lets talk about the literal warcrimes the ATF and FBI did. Using psych-ops and CS gas against children. Doesnt matter what you say. You cant possibly protect the law enforcement here.
@swen6390
3 жыл бұрын
@Shadow Responder Considering your Roblox profile picture and the fact that you are protecting officers who murdered multiple children not by accident but actually went in to murder them you seem pretty young. Once you grow up more you will see how horrible this event is. And how I know that is I have read the book from one of the survivors (David Thibodeu Waco: A survivors story) Really recommend it. Also have listened to him talk about the event. There are multiple FBI agents admitting that they were at fault a prime example is one of the head negotiators. Also. Doesnt matter what the situation is. You arnt allowed to use CS gas on children even less Children inside a closed building. Their airways cant handle it. And do you think using psych-ops is justified? The FBI said they wanted to save the children (who already had it very good inside the compound) but yet they play sounds of rabbits getting tortured ultimately making the children terrified and are probably traumatised as off now.
Please, please, please, Won't you listen, It's not what it appears to be, We didn't wanna hurt anybody, Just let our people free, In the night of the darkness, Riskin' our lives for the LORD, Helpin' the women and children, Til their house is restored, (To many houses to store,) There's a madman livin' in waco, Bowing his knees to baal, Won't you help Mr.Sheriff, So we won't fail, We won't fail, This is for the little children, God knows how it should be, Stars and stripes are flyin', Give us justice and liberty, There's a madman livin' in waco, Prayin' to the prince of hell, Won't you help us, LORD now, to heaven, They are baal, (They are dead,) There's a madman livin' in waco, There's a madman livin' in waco, There's a madman livin' in waco, Please, please, please, Won't you listen, It's not what it appears to be, We didn't wanna hurt anybody, Just let our people free, In the night of the darkness, Riskin' our lives for the LORD, Help the women and children, Til their house is restored, (To many houses to store,) There's a madman livin' in waco, There's a madman livin' in waco, There's a madman livin' in waco, There's a madman livin' in waco, There's a madman livin' in waco, There's a madman livin' in waco, There's a madman livin' in waco, There's a madman livin' in waco.

my dad would absolutely love this one. he introduced me to a ton of similar soundin bands when i was a kid: foreigner, journey, whitesnake, obscure one-hit-wonder stuff... he would usually play them when we went on our roadtrips to my grandparents. he used to tell me stories about how hard it was to find even bootleg cassette tapes back in communist moldova with this stuff and how they played the sh*t out of it in their youth clubs, even if the sound quality wasn't the best, just like this recording. man, this is making more nostalgic than it needs to... time sure flies. and the origin of this song makes it even more haunting.

Guy had a great voice! With his voice and charisma, he could have been a rockstar tbh, but he chose to be a cult leader lol. This is a vibe
Dude wasn’t a saint but this was pretty fire
This song is fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥
The guy had a really good voice, with proper production this could become popular I suppose. BTW can anyone recommend anything similar to this track? It is very 80s but I can't pinpoint exact albums that sound similar.

Try listening to some Foreigner for sure. Girl on the Moon comes to mind. Also The Cars some of their deeper cuts.
What an amazing indie artist, I wonder what happened to him

Ashamed? Why? It's awesome and David Koresh did nothing wrong - he was murdered by the US government

Listening to this and imagining an alternate timeline where Glen Howell was a rockstar and never got involved in a cult

I dont know exactly what you mean but I watched like the first 10 minutes of her video and it was full of misinformation. idk if she has bad sources or if she just straight up made things up.
This song seriously is 🔥
His voice was good
This song low key hits hard
Koresh wrote this song about George Roden, HE was the madman (and I truly believe he was insane) living in Waco, before Koresh took over and he and his followers moved in at Mount Carmel.

I self published a novel back in 2014 that features Roden as the main villain.
He's not popular by mainstream standards but has a cult-like following
Not gonna lie, had I seen this live I’d probably join the Branch Davidians also😅
Can someone pleeeease upload a full version of Darkness In The Light??
I personally am more of a Charles Manson fan but I dig the 80s synth vibe too.

I'm fond of outsider music too. Manson has his own thing going on but Koresh has some chops too
Why is this exactly what I expected
Does anybody know if David Thibodeau is playing drums on this ?

I don't know but I don't think so. Thibs said that David had music he made previously before he met him. And at the time David was just into jamming and hadn't written any new material. Thibs also currently plays for a band called "The Blast Addicts".

I don't think Thibodeau was with him that long.
Don't tell me y'all know Christian Rock if you haven't bumped this one. 🔥🔥🔥
