David Kinch's Granola Crisps

Ойын-сауық

David Kinch's Granola Crisps are small but deceptive. For such a little cookie, the crisps are jam-packed with healthy yet delicious ingredients - including puffed rice, quinoa, millet, flaxseed, chia seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pecans, almonds, cashews, and walnuts.

The amount of sourcing and Trial & Error to produce something that seems so minuscule is true dedication! Bravo Chef!

Enes Irik He seems so tranquil. Probably is a great teacher. Hopefully not one of those chefs who just yell and belittle people.

David Kinch puts out FAKE videos. Watch his Mind of a Chef video on vegetable stock. Comments have been disabled... why? because it's a lie. brown vegetable + white vegetable + one cooked carrot in a whole pot = bright vibrant orange soup!!! This smells like bullshit and Kinch has his name on it. The guy looks like a broke down former alcoholic with deep emotional problems. hell of a good chef. genius even. but sadly David Kinch lacks in the key ingredient of integrity.

david Kinch is so underrated. They should have showcased him twice as much instead of having Ludo Lefevre on. The man was completely out of his element with the clusterfuck that was his so called sushi plate

I'm a huge fan of Ludo's but I agree with you. I wish Kinch had his own season. He just seems like a legitimate character.

I always thought you had to grind flax seeds otherwise there is no nutritional value? I see here you didn't grind them?

You're right. Flax seeds slide all over your mouth when you try to bite into one. At least half the flax in his cookie are pretty much useless because his customers won't even be able to bite into them.
