As a copenhagener I can also only recommend!🙂❤
This food looks incredible! A head chef of a vegan restaurant who is not vegan is a really interesting dynamic. Very impressive work, would love to try the vegan foie gras!

Very very interesting esp since I am such a foodie ! Unique dishes
Now that's a Michelin star, well deserved!
Awsome
Man, I wish we could have seen what went it the preparation of those three main dishes- I wonder what the sauce was made from that goes on the mushroom while it's being grill? Oh well, maybe on your next visit!
I want to try that vegan brioche!!

It was very very good… 😀
True a Michelin star is not a Michelin Green Star, in case you can have the maximum three Michelin stars plus an extra Michelin green star

So impressive to be given a Michelin star as a vegan restaurant! Would love to visit and try the foie gras!
Super interesting episode being vegetarian it was heartening to know chefs taking so much trouble to go the extra mile.

Are you allowed to call it Michelin kitchen when they have a green star, it’s not the official star that everyone knows about. But great click bait

Hey Matty - They have both the Green Star and the Michelin Plate so yes it’s accurate

Okay its in the guide, the way you write it makes it seem bigger than it is, the years of click bait we live in ey

@@matty8911 Clickbait generally implies some level of deception, but we in-fact did spend over 24 hours in a Michelin kitchen and lived to tell the tale haha Thanks for watching hope you are liking the series Matty
