Keep workin hard guys. I know its rough, but learn to appreciate the pain and struggle. I lost my gf, my dad died, went through 2 living situations that blew up, and lost 3 jobs this last year. I'm down 40lbs now, Makin 104k a year (workin 7 12s a week), got a stable roommate, climbed out of debt, got a car, and mentally steeled to take on anything because I've been forged in fire. I've listened to these videos for the past 6 plus years. I've listened to them when I run or if I am going through a long drive. I started because I was in an accident. My fiance and I were walking across the street and were hit by a car going 50 mph. I lost everything because of the accident. My fiance died and all my possessions were repossessed and my house was being foreclosed on. The moment I started to listen to these videos I stopped feeling sorry for myself and started become a doer. Goggins' story reminds me of Kobe and his mamba mentality. It's all about the grind and outworking everyone including previous versions of themselves. His eyes have the same intensity as Kobe's. It's truly inspirational

I love when you see the shift from David Goggins to GOGGINS!! He literally becomes a different animal! Respect. I always come back to this video when I need someone to spark the fire that lays dormant inside from time to time. It can be really challenging to pull yourself out of a really bad situation. We have to rely on ourselves and the inner discipline and strength inside each and every one of us, Goggins just helps you get there because he's so fucken REAL and Raw. He doesn't give a fuck about money or fame, he doesn't sell out, he's a true HERO of our time! Stay Hard!
I’m 61 and just discovered this guy. When I was younger I was a punk (dealing drugs, using drugs and alcohol) and thought I was a tough shit. Walked away from that lifestyle, got married, had kids and responsibilities and though it was a lot of work it has been difficult. I was just going through the motions. I didn’t realize how soft my body and mind had gotten. I was becoming a grumpy old man. I discovered Mr Goggins and am changing my body AND my mindset. I get up and workout and beat (not try) my previous days record. Thanks sir.
As someone that can't even run 200m I'm currently walking 30km home in -5;degrre cold which is a big challenge for me and this man is motivating me to get through this. Stay hard.

I have had severe depression and anxiety and never did shit about it. Now I'm 35 with nothing to show for it. I discovered David Goggins 3 weeks ago and have lost 12 pounds so far. He has taught me that I've been making excuses my entire life and I'm just starting to become accountable now. I've gained confidence and energy levels have never been higher. I love this guy; he has been helping a lot of people in the world. He's an admirable person “Stay Hard “
Today I listened to Goggins and something clicked in me, I have been going to the gym for 2-3 weeks but stopped, I also used to run but stopped that too. Today, I went and ran 3 km. Halfway through the journey I almost passed out, but his words came to me and I thought what would Goggins do in this situation? I instantly got a huge boost of energy, the nausea was there but I didn't care. By the end of it I felt like I was reborn, I recently also quit watching adult films and that made me feel so good, now I want to finish University and be the best I can be physically. One day at a time. Stay HARD! Thank you Goggins.
*"It's getting busier everyday, it's getting faster."* "The only way I can find myself is to silence the world."
I no longer go for 5k runs. I go for as long as David Goggings podcast takes, be it 30 minutes or two hours, I don’t care, it’s all in your mind. The longer, the better. As he says, it’s all about pushing your limits a little further each time and seeing how much you can achieve. Thank you David.
Dear Mr Goggins, i will thank you until my last breath
It’s amazing seeing all these comments of people tired of living the way they have and choosing to do something about it. It’s that human spirit and drive that inspires me to keep going and pushing to this day. KEEP IT UP.
