First caller, you just gotta ignore the guy lmao whenever he complains at lunch, just either look at him for an extra second and chuckle then look away, or just pretend nobody heard what he said. Don’t acknowledge the negativity, and if he ever says anything nice or positive for once, make sure to have an overtly positive reaction on your end. Ice out the negatives

People have way more time on their hands than I do if they're visiting a rat hole. But I guess for everyone who was amazed and awestruck by the beauty of Killarney National Park in Ireland, there is somebody who would rather go to the rat hole for some Internet clout.

I hate that podcasters think using KZreadr advice of putting a "coming up" part at the beginning adds engagement. It does for KZread type videos, not podcasts, it's so annoying having to skip the first minute every time I start watching an episode.
