Not exaggerating, you and Jake's energies match and complement each other as well as you and Bobby's in most of this podcast. It legitimately feels like two best friends having a conversation. One of the more organic feeling episodes so far.

If you haven't seen the gambling film he did called "Win it All" I'd STRONGLY suggest checking it out, my favorite performance of his so far! ❤

You know that scene in Step Brothers where Brennan and Dale say “did we just become best friends”…this was the podcast version of that scene. I loved it, Babyface!

Same! Its fun to hear the mechanics of a scene...and I really never thought about the dynamics of an improv scene, where the "straight man" is actually driving the bit.

This felt like one of those conversations that happens when you randomly start talking to someone, in a corner at some party. No pressure, just two guys shooting the shit and vibing man.

I just watched a couple baby faces fall in love.

Jake Johnson sent my kids a voice message as Peter B Parker during lockdowns in 2020. Just out of the pure kindness in his Midwestern heart. He’s absolutely a good egg. These two are a match made in podcast heaven.

Jake’s face, delivery, and voice are somehow calming and funny simultaneously. He just has that “we’ve been old friends forever” comfortable vibe

Watched 17 minutes of this and laughing and smiling from ear to ear the whole time. Great way to start my Friday.

New Girl somehow became one of my favorite shows to where I roll through every season front to back over and over and I have one earbud in just listening to it and watching it all the time and his character Nick is one of my favorite characters from any show ever. He is the freakin best. Just hearing his voice makes me happy.
