David Bowie talks about Lodger in 1979
Музыка
The provenance of this short and incomplete recording is unknown, as it was included on a compilation cassette tape found in a student's locker. Probably dating from 1979, it features David Bowie entertainingly discussing his work on the album Lodger with piano preparer Brian Eno and producer Tony Visconti.

I remember this as a 'special' programme from Capital Radio (commercial station in London, England). It was on Nicky Horne's programme called "Your Mother Wouldn't Like It" I recall that there was a competition weeks earlier and the winners were invited to come and participate in a conversation with David as they go through each track on Lodger.
great LP
Thank you for sharing ❤
This reminds me of the war pilot from The Mummy 😅

The songs on Lodger are great. What I don’t like about the album is Eno pretty much hijacked it and all his gimmicks begun to sound annoying. Glad Bowie made Scary Monsters without Eno but bringing back Brilliant Fripp instead.
