Joe Kiday--I have known this about David Bowie for 45-years. The first time I heard somebody playing a David Bowie album. I was 15-years-old & I had to know who that was. Then in 3-years, I went to my first David Bowie concert. I have been a fan my entire long life now.

I grew up on Bowie's music. It was like losing a friend. His music will live on forever and we were blessed for the time we had to share his talent, humor and love of music. I'm glad you love him too!

What a voice, when he was young his voice was good if not particularly powerful, but when that voice matured wow man it was absolutely amazing!

Totally agreed ! At the time of his death, french tv asks to every speaker what was their favorite Bowie 's song. And they all answer "Ziggy stardust ". They were knowing nothing about David bowie, because when you know and appreciate him you can't say one only favorite song. This is impossible when you know how many songs could be your favorites

Helena Spak 7-8 February 1968. Bowie called it, "Even a Fool Learns to Love". Bowie wrote an English translation of "Comme d'Habitude". The French rejected it, and used Paul Anka's version.

Sorry to burst the bubble of so many commenters below but this is absolutely NOT David Bowie. It comes from a Bowie parody performed by Stevie Riks in 2016. Bowie never recorded this song; he did, however, write lyrics to the original French ballad (Comme d'habitude) which was titled Even A Fool Learns To Love. A short snippet of this recording can be found elsewhere on youtube.

Je sais que je ne suis pas seul à être pris au dépourvu de la profondeur et de l'endurance de ma douleur pour le David Bowie. C'est comme si un gros fil avait été retiré de la tapisserie de ma vie. Il est tout simplement le meilleur - je ne peux pas parler au passé pour cette légende d'un être humain. Merci, merci Matteo pour ce magnifique hommage.

Stevie Riks a perdu des millions de vues et cette vidéo n'a pas été publiée avec sa permission. Les gens le connaissent et savent qu'il ne fait que des vidéos avec beaucoup d'amour. Cela confond également les gens qui pensent que c'est David Bowie. La chose correcte et légale à faire est de le supprimer. Stevie Riks a perdu plus de 3 millions de vues à cause de cela. Aimeriez-vous que quelqu'un vous fasse ça? Vous devriez vraiment le supprimer. Ce n'est pas votre vidéo à publier. Bowie certainly did it his way, I was fortunate enough to have seen him a few times live
