@@derezende1971 At the time it probably would not have made sense considering labyrinth was still a cult film, and the song was written for a film. Although I do agree it is quite odd, considering he sang cat people which was also a film song he made. I'd assume he chose not to perform labyrinth songs incase people haven't seen the film. Anyway if he were alive today and still touring I assume he probably would of gotten round to adding a few in.

@@pianoreeves8368 Many thanks for having explained differently, a youtuber passed me the information recently, which Bowie performed only once, in a show in the Netherlands in 1986, I have no confirmation on whether it is for the answer.

David Bowie died (among other things) as the coolest person ever to exsist on this planet. Anyone trying to compete can now set new goals and have peace of mind that someone has already achieved this and did it very, very well. Seriously tho - I'm still blown away that I got exist on this planet at the same time as this amazing musical genius and pioneer. As far as humans go - doesn't get much better than this...

This is fantastic! Thank you. My daughter and I saw Bowie in 2004. When I picked her up at high school, I waved the printed tickets in the air! She ran over, read them, and screamed so loud the entire matching band turned to see what was going on! I raised my kid right! 😊😊😊

Just to add another perspective on this, the DJ’s in question here, are Mark & Lard, both lifelong Bowie fans (as they state) I appreciate that the humour is very British & not to everyone’s taste, but David loved his British humour & their was no intended disrespect here, do you really think that David would have allowed anything to occur at a personal performance that he didn’t approve of?

Love this video, so real from the spectators point of view for shure. Unedited footage is different if not better.

1:28:10 what an incredible young artist! He really performed music for 60 years. Phenomenal! And only 38 years old at the time of shooting. So incredible that he managed to age only 29 years over the span of 46. What an amazing person.
