And what is your choice of therapy? In my land we often use Pinoqachole- it distilled from the fruit of the Upanishad tree each fall, when the over-ripe rotting fruit drops to the ground, and we must fight the angry drunken water-buffaloes so we can collect it to make our sacred Pinoqachole- a nectar fit for the Gods! I suppose YOU pay a Psycho The rapist for his services. Ican see: You are still not well!

Bowie was a very thoughtful man. He did everything to stay humble & not let fame ruin himself as a curious human being seeking a simply fulfilling human life. Im glad he later truly found a love in his 2nd wife, Iman, that he could liken to being in love. I think around this time he was really starting to develop a thing for "sistas" lol. He also dated Slash's(from Guns n Roses) mom. Most dont know that Slash is half black. His personal life is just as interesting as his acts but w/o the flashiness.

I came here cause I have been reflecting on Bowie and also his wife, Iman. And remembered this interview! Too funny! Slashes Mom huh?! Always learning more about him! You can add Tina Turner,Ava Cherry,Catherine Denuve,Geeling Ng (China Girl video) I could go on! And on! And on!!! He got around the world thats for sure!! Then someone arranged Iman and David to meet. And his definition of love became more tangible for him! Even said they became the most solid relationships amongst the 'famous people'. Cause it was real! Beautiful daughter. Just before he died she said "Sometimes you will never know the true value of a moment until it becomes a memory". That to me really resonates volumes of what its all about! Rest in peace David! ✌🌠

“That he could liken to being in love.” David and Iman were husband and wife, soulmates, and have a daughter, Lexi Jones. Iman still considers herself married to David, four years after his passing. It would be good if you could eradicate the “interesting “ and the “into sistas” eyebrow wiggle out of your narrative. It’s 2020. Respect.

Loved his reference to Bryan Ferry & Roxy Music as 'influencers'. And of course I couldn't agree more with the fact Roxy Music was so NEW in those mid to later 1970s. There was NOTHING around like Roxy Music then make no error. They never plagiarized any artist. They created such new music it could have been considered a whole new genre of music. But this vid is about David Bowie and he would eventually become a musical genius - that's how great he became.

The format for this talk show is very strange, but I guess that was normal for the 70s. It does seem a bit awkward for the guest since she seems to be talking to everyone except the person that the focus is on.

At the time, the other people were better known and more popular in the USA! Bowie was an exotic guest that Dinah was taking a chance having on. It's hard to believe now.

Interesting to watch the mixture of such diverse celebrities like this; it appeared very casual and not so scripted and forced; like listening to four friends over lunch.

I remember the Dinah Shore show from my earlier youth, lol unfortunately, she keeps pronouncing David Bowie’s last name like it is spelled with two o’s. Thanks for posting as it was a fun interview.

Winkler did one of my fav films about a love for a young woman called Heroes, that displays his equal brilliance to bowie & he reached me to my core & I see how my Pastor explained that one needs to learn how to adore one's wife...bowie expressed the contrapositive...Henry is able to make plain & not "...mystique a make...", to steal the Roches line in "Losing True"..."...I forget who I'm...Losin' you...". I miss Maggie, David & Henry's contributions to our human race...who cares our infirmities...bless all ya'll

When Bowie asks the Fonz if he thinks fans are after the actor or the character, he's leading the chat back to the crucial Mask theme. In his case, the TWD character worked more like a depuration of all the previous masks in use. Often overlooked, STS is essential for the rest of his ''comeback'' tetralogy, ending in Scary Monsters.
