The part when you were talking about the order of putting the cards in what pile confused me

say the order of the pile from top to bottom for the hearts was K Q J 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 A. you would take 4 3 2 A and put it ontop of the pile so you get 4 3 2 A K Q J 10 9 8 7 6 5. for the clubs move just the A to the top, for hearts move 4 3 2 A, for spades 7 6 5 4 3 2 A, for diamonds 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 A. hopefully that makes sense

I'd consider having more often picked cards near the top or bottom. I think raising the chance of the crazy perfect situation (their card is right on top) is super cool
