Plant will run for ten rounds if his legs can last that long. Regardless, a Benavidez hook will find and shatter glass chin stepping stone Caleb.

It's that dag on pace and relentless pressure from David Benavidez that I believe is going to overwhelm Caleb Plant. David has the endurance to continue to a very aggressive pace that I don't believe Caleb can keep up with.

Who is "anyone"? People who actually understand boxing know that Plant can win this fight. Benavidez has never fought anyone on the same skill level as Plant. Benavidez is flat footed, has poor defense, is slow af and got dropped by a no named C level fighter. Boxing skills > Power

@@kadeem8207 I agree, but if you look at pro fighters predicting the outcome of that fight, many are siding with Benavidez. So my question to you would be do they not know boxing? They grew up boxing. I agree with you though, I think Plant can definitely pull it off…. but I think it’s still his biggest challenge aside from Canelo. I wouldn’t stoop all the way down to making Benavides look like some average level fighter cause he’s not and he’s in his prime. He’s a dog and even the best get dropped by a wild shot.

This Training just shows their fundamental training. More than not everyone at this level looks good, but it will look much different in the ring. I'd be surprised if Plant last 5. Dave is unusually fast for his size, with power & he has a length advantage. It's like Plant is fighting a stud in a higher class. Dave is simply a bridge to far for hom.

Plant gotta be perfect for 12 rounds. I do feel he’ll be up by points early. But being backed up for 12 rounds is tiring. Stamina might be the key factor in this fight. Cause missing punches also tires you. This is gonna be good either way.

David's constant pressure is a problem for anyone but nobody is invincible David's defense is his hole. Constant pressure-throwing shots gives Plant opportunities to counter but unless Caleb catches David like he caught Dirrel (during exchanges), than I just dont see him outboxing David. Caleb is going to get tired and when he does that will be the beginning of the end.

Obviously we all assume Davids power is going to be one of his keys to victory after we saw Canelo VS Plant but Canelos power mostly won him the fight because he got off so many clean precise bodyshots however his punch volume isn't nearly as high as Benevidez and Canelo is flat footed and doesnt move much so I'm wondering if Plant will be able to move as well or better than he did against Canelo or if its gonna be harder for him,Benevidez is gonna be on his ass trying to walk him down like Canelo except hes gonna be moving fast and his punch output is gonna probably be 50% higher than Canelos. Very curious to see how Plants movement and pace will look like. And i wonder how he is gonna look in those quick exchanges,what punchs are going to work for Plant.... i cant wait for this fight!

Yeah benavidez also has height and length I wonder how plant will find his spots tbh. Plant had a 4 inch reach advantage vs canelo so I think it helped him land here and there. Benavidez is a tad taller than plant only a half inch advantage in reach. It's a step up for benavidez but even as a plant fan I give him the edge. Plant will make him work for it though I'm sure. I think plant beats Andrade and Charlotte though

Plant will need to up his punch output volume to try and offset Benavidez from entering into the line and gaining momentum... something Plant has never been good at. He also needs to take this fight to the inside. If he tries to fight on the outside he'll get closed in on the ropes and mauled. I highly doubt Plant will make the necessary adjustments to his fight strategy but ... May the best man win.

If Benavidez works on his head movement a little more and learns to utilise more lateral movement as he breaks down opponent's guard he may even give Canelo the first knockdown of his career. I think this fight will be similar to Plant vs Canelo. Plant was doing great until he got tired and got caught. If he can do what he was doing for 12 rounds against David as he was doing with Canelo and not getting tired or caught he can really win this.

I believe Benavidez has a higher ceiling in terms of skill progression and physical ability than Plant, but I think Plant is the better, smarter boxer. I don't see Plant ever being able to knock out Benavidez, but I don't see Benavidez outboxing Plant. Damn, this is tough. Plant has had the better competition in the ring. I'll take Caleb Plant split decision victory. I really like David, but he needs an attitude check and I think this will be it.

People said the same with the Canelo fight and that was a close fight. People don’t understand being a good boxer doesn’t mean hitting/punching incredible fast. In terms of actual skill Caleb is a way better boxer. Benavidez is brawler with heavy fast hands and has a lot of stamina which is why he is so dangerous. If plant can sort out his stamina issue I have plant for this fight. It was the same with the Canelo fight plant only lost because he got tired.

@@michaelblackson2006 I actually don't think so. Plant is very athletic, slick, fast, got reflexes, a sharp counterpuncher, & is really good defensively. Plant's style is going to exploit all those mistakes Benavidez makes.

as well as caleb can box and as much pressure david can bring i see one thing that really decides this fight and that’s stamina and honestly david has a better gas tank, i got david round 10-11 stoppage
