DAVEY HAVOK (AFI) on Robbs MetalWorks 2000
Музыка
My interview with Davey Havok of AFI at the White Rabbit conducted here in San Antonio on November 22nd, 2000. We were supporting the band's release at that time, 'The Art of Drowning', & obviously it was conducted prior to the band blowin up. Know that it couldn't have happened to a better band, ..... as good things happen to good people,.....& of all the vocalist I interviewed over the years, Davey was one of the most humble artists I've ever met. I'm glad AFI is having their day in the sun now. So, it is with great privelage that I look back on this interview & am thankful that we got Davey in front of our cameras. Enjoy, as this one is a part of our shining history! ~ Robb

I would give anything to go back to this era of AFI and period of my life.
Been cruising through old AFI for the last hour on KZread, man this is nostalgic, such a killer band.
AFI will always be the best. Davey has so much range with his content. their music's gotten me through some shit man.
good old times!!!! Davey's amazing.... I don't care how much AFI changes through the time... I will love them till the end !!!
Crazy to see this 20 years later.. I was a Freshman in high school and worshiped AFI in 2000 and now I'm 8 years older then he is here.. Still love them!! They will never not be my fav!
god i love AFI, davey is so down to earth, makes me sad that this video only has 18 000 views
Amazing time period
His smile is perfect (:
"Um," "Um," "Um," this was evidently before he'd really become accustomed to interviews. :D Love how natural he is onstage and off, now, but it's pretty charming to see him back then, too.
davey 😍😍😍😍😍
Yea, the musics changed a lot more than they have. They still have the same musical tastes and friends and such. They are still friends with all kinds of people out of the punk scene. They still sound really humble in any interview
Dear gawd, he was so adorable!
Thanx for sharing this old interview. Art Of Drowning is my fave AFI album!
