Not sure. Duffy/Dodgers is a odd ball. Cant use normal vehicles, but he can handle the futuristic racing vehicles. He is a bad soldier but he was in a solo mission while his focus was a girl who wasnt into him, ussing a lot of gadgets like a pro (regardless, he concluded they werent compatible at the end, so it wasnt a big deal to him).... A really odd ball XP
