Amazing to see how many of us never knew he was Muslim until today. I love how he doesn't let his religion become a tool for people to target him. Faith is a private matter. Judge us all individually as people and not based off of our nationality, religion or skin color.

I've tasted the water from the well of ZamZam as a child when my mom went on a Hajj, and I remember it tasted pretty good. Wish I could I see the well in person one day

I'm not a religious person but I like to study religion to try to better understand myself and the world around me and try to live a better life. Islam is one of the most clearly instructional religions but also with rich narratives that are often beautifully poetic and descriptive with deeper meaning. I can see why it would attract someone as deep thinking as Dave Chappelle.

Hadiths r a necessity because Quran teaches us core things but Hadith elaborates on that. the Quran tells us to pray. but it doesn't tell us how we r suppose to pray. the Hadith does. the Hadiths r not just some poorly managed quotes from ppl, it is tested & given a rank depending on how correct it is by looking at each of the hadiths & their credibility. it's a very deep process but tldr is each hadiths r judged & given seal of credibility from authentic historical evidences/testimonies. without hadiths we would not know context & understanding of many things.

It is Sir. To be exact , every single thing that science has now had been stated and revealed in the Quran . I am Moslem from born , but I still doing research about Islam , it will impacts to those who practice it . For example , The solah / our five daily prayers themselves , in the Quran there is surah mentioned about praying and theres surah mentioned about you have to pray with fully submission (body, spirit and soul) to focus when u pray. It's just same like what meditation is about. Surprisingly , in one of the Saudi TV show, they did scan on brain of a people before and after the prayer. Please search Al Khawater - prayer .

That's how people should treat their religious beliefs. For many years I knew him, I didn't know he was a Muslim.

This whole anti-Islam thing... When I was a kid we were in and out of the mosque running around and playing with our cousins and they come to the church and once we were outside, we talked about Voltron or whatever. There was never this HUGE divide like there is today.

Alot of musliams in the middle-east wear a cleaned beard. Just a stubble, not grow it, people who do are few really. Just saying that this isn't "the norm" but its still not judged. Even people with clean faces "westrens" aren't judged. No one cares, just go about your day.

Many Christians are not aware of the parallels between the 3 Abrahamic faiths. They have set a high hurdle for us and we need to clear it. We need to live as good Muslims and reach out and interact with non Muslims. The fear mongers know that Islam is growing they are afraid to loose their power bases and their income streams. Like the Sadducees and Pharisees at the time of Jesus (pbuh) today certain powers or people in fear of loosing their powers. Do not want Islam to be revered and understood by the public because they too know it is the Truth.
