I know comedians take liberties in their stories to make it flow better and to be funny. But this bit, the part about the kid "practicing" wrestling moves is way off. He makes it sound like the kid did one move, screwed up and went and got help, then got tried and now serving a life sentence. The reality is, it was a 6yr old girl (I believe, going off memory), and the medical examiner found this child had sustained several severe internal injuries. Meaning the older kid used this young child as a ragdoll for some period of time and didn't seem to be bothered by the immense amount of pain they must've been in. No doubt the kid was either screaming bloody murder or was unconscious. Either way, that's most likely why he got a life sentence, cause what he did to the young child was nothing short of evil. And on the flip side to that, a white kid around the same area and same age killed a friend under similar circumstances, he got life as well. I'm all for calling out wrong shit, but to twist something so much in order to make your point is just as wrong.

Have you guys done Russell Peters’ Comedy Now stand up? It’s the quintessential, classic Russell Peters special that made him famous and only aired here in Canada, but you can find it on KZread. He’s in white with jeans and there’s an orange and black background behind him. It’s the best version of all his best jokes. Better than the Outsourced special he did in San Fran, which is still a good show. But Dave is a legend who tackles issues nobody else will touch. Without him and Ricky Gervais, I’d be lamenting the loss of George Carlin even more.

She was held in San Diego but she was found in a house 18 miles away from her house. I guess the kidnappers moved around quite a bit but they were probably from Utah as well.

Now the part about the 15 year old boy killing his neighbor was out of context lol. The boy didn't kill his neighbor practicing wrestling moves, thats just what he claimed happened. The autopsy revealed he stomped the 6 year old girl to death and it wasn't from just playing around. She had busted organs, a cracked skull, broken bones and a swollen brain. Thats why he got life in jail.

I find Dave Chapelle pretty funny but his two stories about the 15 year olds Elizabeth Smart and the boy that killed that little girl are wildly misrepresented. Considering the point he's trying to make it's actually disgusting. That 15 year old kid beat that little girl to death gruesomely. Elizabeth Smart was raped and beaten repeatedly before she was ever "left alone"
