DAUGHTER WANTED A HORSE SO I BECAME A HAY FARMER - Baler broke almost immediately......

I bought a hay baler, haybine, and rake and gave hay farming a try.. I have raked before but that is the extent of my hay baling knowledge.

This is awesome! Sadly, I've been banned from setting up my own haying operation for our horses, as I "have too many other projects" and we'd need to buy the 10 acres out front of us.. Now I can live vicariously thru your videos! Nice fix on that part! Shocking how expensive some of this old stuff costs. Fabricate your own at that cost! NICE JOB!

I know jack all about haying, but also wanting to try baling for the sheer heck of it I've been doing some reading. Apparently balers like being fed as much as they can handle, supposedly you want a new bale every 12 strokes.
