So fun listening to her vocal inflections.. When daddy references crib she paused for a sec, the resumed her cause . She will make a great leader.. This is the exact truth! Babies need engagement and for you to allow them to engage with the world around them that they're trying to figure out. That means let them do more than be stowed away in a crib all day. And consider that "baby talk" only makes YOU look foolish. They're a developing person. Not some cute piece of property. They'll develop faster when you do that. I've seen that played out with multiple babies, including my little sister. We talked all the time and she was walking and talking and potty trained early. Plus, knew how to read by the time she started school. And if you're patient with them and build a relationship with them, you'll begin to understand what they're trying to tell you before they're able to actually talk.

Not only is this just the sweetest cutest thing right here but as a former Preschool Teacher this warms my heart too because talking to your infant, even when they're still in mom's belly is so Awesome for them. Reading to babies & talking to them. It is THE Best way to facilitate Language Development. No you don't need anything fancy nor any phones tablets toys and hooked on phonics type stuff: All Your Children Really Need is You. Your PRESENCE; your Love, Care, Patience, Kindness, Understanding.
