I just started online dating and I remind myself that every exchange is practice…because it really is. I’ve gotten much better at expressing myself. My wife passed nine years ago and soon I will be sixty. Mona is the first woman I’ve heard speak about needing male energy and actually adjusted her demeanor in the real world to find it. Unfortunately, not enough women have the slightest clue that looking away from men in public is counterproductive. I’ve done all types of work to counter the negativity that radiates from women my age, including traveling to India to study yoga. In yoga classes, it’s always the younger ladies that flirt with me. Mona shows how easy it is for a woman to connect once she opens herself up for love. Unfortunately, there aren’t enough of them to go around.

interesting to watch. i am 65 years old this year i started dating. i am very out going. after 5 weeks of dating 1 woman i got ghosting from her. 2nd woman to many hidden red flags. its very hard for a man today at my age. i am still trying though and not giving up. we all have flaws and we all arent perfect. i live on the oregon coast. most women out here it has to do with how much money you have and many marry for money only. i value myself and my time.

Hope isn't reality. Demographics are the big problem here. There just aren't enough healthy, single men over 60-there aren't enough single men who are still alive past that age.

Susan Nunes I acknowledge your point of view as an older man but there are older healthy men you have to just seek out places such as golf/sports organizations or events or even spiritual events such as weekend retreats seminars that are geared equally for men. It’s true what you point out, in my experience. In the 20’s and 30’s women seem to have an advantage ratio wise. There are just more available single testosterone laden men available. Then I’ve noticed in the late 40’s the demographics start to even out and by 50’s and upward it may even perhaps in the favor of men due to men dying younger generally speaking, and our cultures emphasis on youth which encourages older men to still seek out much younger women. But for many older men in your age group they still may be resentful subconsciously that they were rejected by women in their 20’s and 30’s prime years despite the ratio demographically being in their favor. Some just give up dating altogether because of this. But if you really are determined and love yourself and are happy single there are healthy older men out there for you looking for love and companionship. Lastly for many older men given the decreased libido in older age ( hence the popularity of ED pills like Viagra) sex may not be the primary goal like it was when they were younger. These older men may be looking to bond emotionally and spiritually. Best wishes on your journey 😀

Me, too! I’m 75 years old and divorced! I let myself go during the divorce and Covid, that coincided with one another! I was broken and I was very depressed, and I needed to get into some therapy, found my spiritual path, and learned about narcissistic abuse! Now, after a year back in my Overeaters’ Anonymous, I, too went light grey and I have lost 40 pounds. I’m eating more healthy, getting my pedicures, doing my makeup! Most of all, I have been blessed and the healing journey has brought me into some needed therapy at the VA for women veterans with a history of military sexual trauma! Lately, I have been aware that I am feeling a strong sexual urge, so it has awakened! Now, I would be open to meet the right guy; a “friend with benefits!” Younger men are attracted to me, and that feels nice. However, I was also burned by a young predatory man who pursued me for sex, and to garner my money! God was so kind to save me from that! So, this video is very helpful for me! ❤Thank you so much !

I have a couple guy friends 60s absolutely no chemistry at all both asked me out multiple times not interested. I have turned them onto life in many ways. I love life and am highly energized and outgoing and I pray I will find someone to love as I’m truly a giver and so miss a relationship ❤

I so identify with the "male energy" line of thought. Most of my life, I've had men that needed me to carry part of that male energy and it wasn't until I was alone for 4 years that realized how much I've always missed that female energy of my younger years. Ive found that feeling again of being ultra feminine and vulnerable. Masculine energy is definitely what I miss.

At 73..having lost my college sweet heart when I was 70...one year in my caves of grief over 400 poems...to today a dear friend of my late husband together working on projects together...she mentions male energy so special..truly a sweetness...I. like a child, he my protector...we are in love..have known him as best friend of my late husband. I dress up no matter where I go...a child planning crazy adventures...this age unique as we can truly be who we are...calm happy embracing life and so grateful to be so healthy to enjoy life. 50 I joined airline flew internationally 20 years. So 70 is the new 50! Embrace each day...ignite the child within..you have such wisdom now...hold him close as male energy allows that precious little girl to explode with adventures.

The important thing for me to remember here is that people don't stop loving and looking for connection just because they have reached a certain number of years. I live near a nursing home, and I'll pass by the park, where a lot of the older folks gather, and I'll nod hello and not give them much other thought. I saw two people chatting and holding hands, and they were likely in their 70s, maybe their 80s, and I thought--very briefly--"cute." I'll be more thoughtful now. The capacity for passion is in all hearts, no matter the age. It gives me hope as my generation (the next one down, in the their 40s and 50s) ages. How much does Pilates cost, and can Daisy recommend any videos, i.e., vids about Pilates that can be done at home?

Wow.....what a nice video, didn’t even know this type of video existed....I lost my partner we only lived together for 15 years, he died of a massive heart attack, it’s been almost 3 years, I haven’t dated a soul, I am all alone, well I have 2 dogs , I will be 64 this year , I hate it, I don’t believe that we were put here on earth to live alone.... hopefully ,one day very soon, I will meet someone, at least I pray I do.... thank you for doing this video !!!!

It depends on you. Some woman get careless with their appearance and show no interest in men because they are carrying a lot of pain and baggage. I feel from my experience that you can love at any age and your sexual feeling never dies. It depends on what' you want in life. It is not a matter of men not falling for you but a matter of meeting them and that is the biggest problem. Meeting them and then you can work your charm and magic. So you have to go to places where you can meet them and where you are comfortable to be.

Yeah .Because love is not only for young ppl .but for all human .old or old .I was in a relationship with and old lady 70 years old .She was fantastic .I try to find another real love with and old lady again .because I really enjoyed my last five years ago with her. I'm 43.

As a petite, feminine Christian woman over 60, these are a few things a man could do to make this particular woman feel safe & protected: He demonstrates his belief, faith & love of God; he’s even-tempered, (even behind the wheel), shows a natural protective instinct; ie, automatically walks next to the street if we’re walking side by side on a sidewalk; puts his hand lightly on the small of my back if we’re walking through a crowd; keeps his car neat, clean, and well maintained; offers his hand to assist me in getting out of a car, opens doors for me, pulls out my chair, helps me with my coat, compliments my outfit, something I say or do that he likes, etc… To make me feel safe about not losing him prematurely, he’s in good health, keeps his weight down, walks and hikes to stay physically fit, and eats a healthy diet (most of the time!) He has hobbies that keep him young at heart, mentally sharp, and make for good conversation. I hope a Christian man over 60 who’s interested in meeting women close to his age will read this, give it some thought, and comment on a few things a woman could do to make you feel admired & appreciated in return.

The big problem here is demographics, and I wish these "experts" would simply level with delusional women and tell the truth. So many women have been so conditioned to think they are nothing unless they have a relationship they have never learned how to be people in their own right. They never learned to develop interests, travel on their own, do anything that didn't involve a significant other. This is the tragedy here, women who are irrationally terrified of being alone and never learned how to be. The plain unvarnished truth is after age 50 and definitely after age 60, it is difficult for most women of that age to find a single, age-appropriate, mentally stable, HEALTHY man. There are simply not enough of them out there for all the women looking. It isn't because they want "young women," either, as young women as a rule want nothing to do with far-older men. The truth is much more sobering, sad, and downright depressing. It is the fact men have more disabilities as they age, more chronic diseases than women, and, worst of all, die at a younger age on average than women. NONE of this can be wished away. You can't make an attempt to attract men who simply aren't there whether because they have taken themselves out of the "market" or they have died. I know these dating "coaches" and "experts" have to make a living, but they do it by trading on women's insecurities as they age and giving them false hope. A few women find "love after 60," a very few for the first time, but the fact is it is a crapshoot at best. I am "only" 64, not old, but there are so many men I went to high school with, married or single, who have died in recent years, many of cancer. It doesn't get any easier as the years go by. I don't know of many women who want to find that special man who is age-appropriate but looks forward to being a caregiver (and for many, a caregiver AGAIN).

yes - and i just talked iwth Mona last night - she and her boyfriend got married last week!! She's 82 now :)

My story is different, am a young solo struggling parent then raising a child alone and helping my parents. I didn't have time thinking of myself then. I should've have considered relationship/companion those days but i was very happy seeing my daughter growing up. Yet now s a different story..... Back in my mind and giving the opportunity of meeting a partner (😊 in crimes as part of humor) I want to give it a try to someone with the same purpose. 😎😊

Attention men of the world.Listen to me.Take my advice .Stay single It s not worth getting ripped off.I was.It ruin my life.Its a better life.

Love isn’t about discovering it or finding it ... at a very old age love should be mature...love is something that you have ... you love out of having love to give ...you can’t love if you don’t have love to give ...and than there’s wonderful exchange of receiving love ... the other lover must also have love to give as well ... I’m sixty one ... finding each other.. that’s able to participate in this process of exchange... without so many prior mental structures that prevent love from either giving or receiving... it’s a process... letting go of those things that are in the way mentally and emotionally.. because they are ineffective... wanting the unique love to flow freely ... mental and emotional structure often restricts ... letting go of these ineffective ideals or past baggage that makes no scenes now we are older and wiser ... we can now actually be our true selves ....

I don't have that kind of money, it's much more difficult when you're starting over after being widowed and find yourself with no skills to speak of for a job and so broke you can't pay attention. BTW I've never had enough money to ever get a manicure, have to do my own nails, some women are so spoiled and don't even know it

Hello dear, am 60 yrs old am a widower with two beautiful girls...have been widowed for 5 years now and I have been single since I lost my wife...you know finding true love is not what you rush into you probably get to know more about each other first and with time you know what the future holds out there for you....I do find you really interesting and would love us to be more acquainted with each other..what do you think?

I nursed my hubby through cancer i don't want to go through that again. He cheated years ago and my trust has gone. They have many women on line too.

Thank you for sharing your story, my parents are gone now but I cared for mother, I would not have changed a thing about my time with her was wonderful, still it would have been nice if there had been better help with the current system, that wasn't helpful at all.

I found a 75 years old man. We both in our retirement but he has about 3 other women on the go at the same time. So i dont have anymore trust in dating any men anymore.

Agreed.. nowadays too many dating sites w too many easy target n easy baits...they became like products for grabs.
