My lovely aunt found love again at age 80 and is happy as a lark. It was so sweet to watch this because it reminded me of my aunt's story. Another aunt in her 80's found love with a man she had known for years as a family friend. My mother's cousin found love with her cousin at age 70. My maternal grandmother found her happiest marriage in her 70's too. You are never too old. When you are ready it happens.

This really inspired me...i divorced my wife after i caught her with another man in our home...I'm 60 and single watching this gave me so much hope that there's still love out there for me

At eighty I connected with a man I had once been engaged to. I broke the engagement fifty five years ago and hadn’t seen him since. . His wife had passed and his son searched and found me. The son said his Dad spoke of me often through the years and he thought there was a chance for his Dad to be happy again. The son was right. Result was two extremely happy Senoirs.

My grandmother fell in love with a man around 80. They were in a rest home in WA. They eloped and moved to a house in Kent, WA and lived together for the rest of her life which was five years. Mr. Henry Lewis wrote letters to my mother often letting her know that her mom was doing well. In those days it was possible to elope ftom a rest home.

Mona is very lucky to have him..how i'm hoping to have a partner like that in God's perfect time

This is a message to the men if they're reading if you notice the man introduced himself he didn't push himself and he gave her space but still kept approaching her lot of men will speak to you like in the grocery store or something and you think that they're going to introduce themselves but they never do so if they are looking they're looking the wrong way he did it right even though he had someone in his life that wasn't satisfactory we all need people so that's what my situation is now too I have someone that says factory but I want a marriage partner and I'm not going to just do it online. It's that initial interaction that will make or break whether you ever see that person again. You have to have a network connection of some kind.

@@joycedallas4262 Well I’m really sorry about that okay 😒☹️and I know how it feels to be lonely without our love ones, we've all lost our love ones in death one way or the other, either a spouse, child, family members, or a true friend that meant the world to us, such is life I understand how you feel but life must move on because death is inevitable no matter how hard we try! And we'll all have to face it someday, and every of our love ones we’ve lost will wanna see us happy anywhere they’re. I lost my oldest daughter Annabel on February 24th 2020 during the lockdown on a car accident, and she just turned 22 on her last birthday before she got knocked down by a moving vehicle 🚗 and so unluckily for me that horrible day the driver was drunk. That was the worst and most lamentable day of my life as a single Dad raising two kid's, my 17 years old son Clark and my 4 legged 🐶 families are my everything and the reason I still keep strong, and keep going! My late wife also passed away 3 years ago from a shocking disease, I felt deeply devastated with grief, and I was so heartbroken 💔 God and time are indeed the best healers. I'd love to talk to you more if you don't mind! So it would be nice to get a reply from you when you got time okay. 🌹🌹

@A Certain Place that's wonderful. I know that works because I used to pray for God to send me someone who I could love unconditionally and who would love me unconditionally forever. Six months later I got pregnant with my daughter, so I guess I should have been a little more specific. It's all good she's the best daughter anyone could asked for.

Dating after 60 and falling in Love at 70's are wonderful, as I watched this show and interview it tells me both the Male and Female has to have that wonderful Feelings for each other and it has to be very genuine!

I met my second husband when we were both 62 yrs. old. We were married 7 months later. We were together for 17 years until he passed almost three years ago. I can say with certainty that it was simply “magical” - he simply made me feel like a 16 year girl and the feeling was mutual. It is true love is wonderful the second time around!

Yes. At 59 after basically 24 years I have met someone. Up to August this year I had still thought it was impossible for me and had really given up. Then this happened! Yes it is possible

The best part: "We live every day as our first together vecause we do not know how much lunger we have." So beautiful and real not only for elders but for everybody. I wonder how they are doing.

They are so delightful. Mona reminded me of myself. happily single for 26 years now. Paul said something profound. We can’t live through our children (or grandchildren). This video gave me hope.

Don't let your self get too needy,too likely to settle. My forth husband died after twenty three years, great love. A covert narcissist scooped me up at seventy, really broke my heart,it has been three years I am more guarded now. I had let myself get too lonely, had settled for a friend w benefits for three years, you will feel familiar with a narcissist if your parents were like that ,be sure to pay attention to red flags and gut.

I don't think the romantic type of love is special. And I am started to think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other, while most platonic best friends remain friends until death. Also, most people are pretty much comfortable enough to be naked around someone and have sex with someone that they have no romantic feelings towards. So sex isn't really a thing about romance. I think that having a platonic best friend is a lot better than having a romantic partner or spouse is. Having someone who's like a sibling to you is a lot better than having a romantic partner is. Also, you would more likely be much closer to a person who's like a brother or sister to you than you would be with a partner or spouse. People tend to fight with their partner or spouse a lot more than they do with a platonic best friend, and you never fight with your best friend the way you fight with your partner or spouse. Partners and spouses are just temporary. If you break up or divorce them, it's hard to go back to them. With your platonic best friend, you're going to make things work, because they are your best friend, they are your go to partner. It's always easier to make amends with them than it is with a romantic partner or spouse.

I adore both of them. The wisdom that they gained throughout their lives makes them to appreciate more their relationship. Sadly very few relationships are lucky to experience it. So much to learn from this wonderful couple. I wish them many more years of happiness together.

@@darlenearagon6735 ok , follow me if you can , I met him he was 25 I was 44 he was eating Ice cream , he asked me if I wanted some Ice cream , his treat , we exchanged numbers we always talked , came by , we talked , hugged , and had sex , he had to leave the area , lost contact but I always wondered about him , he came again he is 45 now and I am 60 we enjoyed each others company he said he love me and always did , I never told him how I felt , he was only going to be here for a while , he was not married but I thought that was what it was , he left the area again he came back this year on my birthday oct 07 2020 , he knocked on my door I asked who is it ,it was him , we did speak at a distance , I wanted to hug and hold him but do to the covid we kept the distance and exchanged numbers again he is 54 and I 73 , I finally realized , I do love him , could it be the distance between us all the time , ? He has asked me to get married , but I am affraid , I think we have always loved each other it is very strong I don't think he ever knew my age , or ever cared , and for 73 , I really look and move as if in my 50's LOL we have been keeping a distance due to covid we face time and talk on the phone but I want to hold and hug him , but I keep the distance my son is here with me now , and my son is 53 but he saw me talking with him on Face time and they know one another in fact they went to school together but , my friend would never tell me that , but he said to me it was because of his friendship with my son he really kept the distance , but he told my son yrs ago when we first met I love your mother that is when he was 25 and I 44 what do I do , I love him so much and he loves me , he is here for good , he was in the military moving around , what do I do , I don't want to loose him or what we have , or still feels if I let it go which I have tried to say to him a few times , he says to me , he can't let me go am I in a dream , this has been gong on for a long time and it was the best love and sex I have ever had for someone who has never been married but had relationships , but never like this what do I do I don't think I can walk away but I do feel I could get hurt people can be so cruel wehn they don't understand how love can affect people on all levels but I aske what do I do

Don't waste more time thinking about it, if you both love each other nothing else matters. If I was in your position I would not want to die with the regret of why didn't I do it. Only my opinion.

I like this kind of intervieuw. The couple has the wisdom of age : sense of humour. He respects her bounderies when she saids : No. He is sweet and flexible. Seems very close and comfortabe gentleman. They fight and laugh. Very emotional intelligence both. Dificult in Spain.

It does happen and I am proof! I am 69 and he is 70. We have been sharing our lives with each other for 3 years. It's wonderful. We laugh all the time, we cook together, we share our most private thoughts. We will be together forever, however long that is.

Well I’m really sorry about that okay 😒☹️and I know how it feels to be lonely without our love ones, we've all lost our love ones in death one way or the other, either a spouse, child, family members, or a true friend that meant the world to us, such is life I understand how you feel but life must move on because death is inevitable no matter how hard we try! And we'll all have to face it someday, and every of our love ones we’ve lost will wanna see us happy anywhere they’re. I lost my oldest daughter Annabel on February 24th 2020 during the lockdown on a car accident, and she just turned 22 on her last birthday before she got knocked down by a moving vehicle 🚗 and so unluckily for me that horrible day the driver was drunk. That was the worst and most lamentable day of my life as a single Dad raising two kid's, my 17 years old son Clark and my 4 legged 🐶 families are my everything and the reason I still keep strong, and keep going! My late wife also passed away 3 years ago from a shocking disease, I felt deeply devastated with grief, and I was so heartbroken 💔 God and time are indeed the best healers. I'd love to talk to you more if you don't mind! So it would be nice to get a reply from you when you got time okay. 🌹🌹

am in my 60s also--now retired and looking again for my other half. I was married (23yrs) but we drifted apart over the years so we divorced back in 2017. Thats me back in Scotland after living in the USA since 1993. I bought this house just over a year ago--it needed a lot of upgrading--ive done the kitchen--put in new central heating and just about to go ahead and upgrade the bathroom .
