i am in my early 50s and disappointed that men don't want to get married again. they want a relationship and its benefits but not tie themselves to you. also - most don't want or could provide.

They are not marrying because they see limited benefits and a lot of downside.. they don’t want to be tied down to women…a higher percentage of second marriages fail than first marriages….

I have been divorced for 24 years, never remarried. 53 years old now. When I was younger, even in my 40's I still thought it was a possibility. But most men and women have complicated lives in their 50's dealing with ex's, and even grown children, plus never addressing hurt and pain that affects new relationships.

53 is still young. We are matching people of that age ALL the time. But you have to want it and your heart has to be in it. Some people are happy alone and not willing to compromise to partner up.
Twenties is physical love. Forty and beyond is emotional love.😂

I really liked this video… I’m 71 years old and still date occasionally, just disappointed that the 20 somethings are not as interested in me as they were when I was in my 20’s….

Jaded and cynical. Also not sure why I’d want to commit to one person and all the problems an exclusive relationship would bring. That may be something worth doing for the care of children but when that is not in the cards it doesn’t seem logical to be exclusive.

Great video. A good part of why I am still single is me no one is coming up asking me for a date. I like to talk with women at random places. It is fun. It is all in God’s timing. The right woman is there.

Hate to say it but many women in their 50's are damaged because they made so many bad decisions in their lives. I deal with them all the time. Two in the past 6 months. It's sad because I really want to meet someone and they don't make it easy.
