My partner is half Korean. Growing up in the states the misconception about Asian men and "size" and not being cut like his peers really made him self conscious. As an adult now he realizes it was just a stupid stereotype, but I still feel for him having to grow up with those misconceptions.

It's about painting black men as hypersexual and predatory and Asian men as impotent, weak, and feminine. The first was spread to demonize emancipated slaves and perpetuate antiblack violence under the guise of "protecting innocent white women" (think To Kill a Mockingbird) and the latter was anti-Asian propaganda during the world war. So yeah they're both incredibly racist and not even accurate because size doesn't correlate to race anyway
