    Of all the sweeteners in the world dates are top. I typically use sucralose or one of the other non-digestible sweetners (blood sugar reasons) but dates have excellent fiber that make it nearly Ideal, and you can make a paste and dry it to put in your coffee instead (if you have the money) I can personally attest that it helps with digestion. Before I would buy it as a really rare treat, in addition to prunes. You can literally eat it like candy. The only issue is that it’s Expensive:-/
