Data Cleaning Functions in Excel || MS Excel Malayalam
In this video am going to shows you basic introduction into 12 important Excel text functions in Malayalam including Upper, Lower, Proper, Left, Right, Mid, Find, REPT, LEN, CONCATENATE, SUBSTITUTE and TRIM with examples like how to pull text from cells and separate them into multiple columns.
MS Excel is mostly about the numerical data, but at times you can come across the data which has too much text and that is the time when various Text Functions in Excel will help you to simplify the things smoothly.

എനിക്ക് ഇതിൽ LEN function വളരെ ഉപകാരപ്പെട്ടു sir..താങ്ക്സ് alot... കാരണം ഞാൻ work ചെയ്യുന്ന കമ്പനിയിൽ payroll excelil ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ employees (new joining) ന്റെ bank account നമ്പർ document പ്രകാരം type ചെയ്തു അത് currect എത്ര character ഉണ്ടെന്ന് verify ചെയ്യാൻ ഞാൻ ഇതുവരെ ചെയ്തിരുന്നത് account നമ്പർ ഉള്ള സെൽ ആക്റ്റീവ് ചെയ്തു arrow keys use ചെയ്തു manual ആയി കൗണ്ട് ചെയ്യൽ ആയിരുന്നു ... ഇനി ഈ function use ചെയ്തു എളുപ്പം ചെയ്യാം ...👍👍👍

Apply N and T Function😊
Concatenate opposite cheyyan patumo. Eg. one text + number in one cell to one text & number in separate cells. Number10 from one cell to number 10 in two separate cells
