Wonderful knowledge sharing... I am working in IT.. and I used to search for excel tutorials some time.. but I never found such a nice explained video in very minimal duration. Now I started seeing this guy's videos even if I don't need that tutorials for any purpose. its great equation. but you have not locked "column look up value" by pressing F4 key in this video
