Oh no! The incredible Hulk got killed! Sorry, couldn't help it. About the plot, the interesting thing is that it's not a murder mystery. Takumi isn't a detective nor does he want to find the killer, in fact he wants to run away from all the madness around him as much as possible, increasing his already high escapism to insane degrees. That's why I consider it a psychological thriller above all else. Kinda like the question arcs in Higurashi. But with giant anime swords.

Finally caught up on this let's play, really enjoying it so far. Absolutely love this game, hope you will by the end as well. One thing I've wanted to say the last few episodes, is really you don't need to worry so much about the delusion triggers. I know you feel obligated to use them since they're the game's main gimmick, but if they're gonna break the flow of a scene for you it's better to just avoid them on a first playthrough. Most of the meaning behind them beyond "oh spooky" or "oh lewd" isn't going to be evident until you know more about the characters involved.

Appreciated. I think that's true. I do feel like I should see the delusions because of them being the gimmick of the novel I will take that advice to heart because I do agree some delusions definitely feel like they could break the flow of the story.

Whose eyes are those eyes watching your let's play, wondering about nonsense and blades. By the way, you can also ignore delusion triggers and keep reading. Here you missed stuff Misumi told you because Takumi was deep in delusion. This too is important for comprehending the plot (though delusions are sometimes hilarious and...whack). Can't tell you about routes however. I'm wondering, how the story will progress. Are you entirely blind or do you follow some kind of spoiler-free guide? Also videos always feel too short despite being more than one hour long.
