    @BrokenMikrofone What you fail to realize is he doesn't know because it doesn't effect him. He doesn't have to know the clan. Blacks have to know and study about white supremacy which it directly effects. That's why blacks can see racist tactics where it's hard for others to see. Overt, covert, and systemic racism are all known. I'm not hating because he is learning and that's a good thing.

    This is one segment of this interview I disagreed with. I think Daryl is awesome and has done some phenomenal things. However, the media would not and will not stop relating Charlottesville to a massive racial problem in this country specifically "white nationalism". Daryl has spent an inordinate amount of time amongst White racists therefore he is well aware of the very real problem that exists, but to extend that to the entirety of the country is simply not accurate. There might be thousands of white racists that exist in the U.S. which I can't stress enough is a definite problem, but they are a small swoth of individuals that are not this immediate and imminent threat they are made out to be.

    You're way off dude. Racism is an insidious cancer on the country and if you're point is that only a small minority are racist enough to be motivated to join a hate group, I'm in agreement with you. However over 90 percent of this racist demographic do not join hate groups, they get up everyday and live normal lives just like me and you, they discriminate in law enforcement and job employment, adhere to horrible racist stereotypes, etc, on a daily basis and are very sympathetic to the White nationalist movement, though they would never admit it publicly for fear of repercussions. They're the ones who do real harm, not the clown's in costumes....

    How can you possibly know how big of of a threat something is until things start unraveling? The Jewish community didn't know how far Nazism would go and they certainly could not fathom their lifelong friends turning against them. I'm not an alarmist by any means, but I also don't underestimate the power of hate and fear. Things can quickly flip with very little warning and those who deny that need to delve into history.

That said, I fully support publicly exposing/doxxing the estimated 5000-8000 current members of organized white supremacy groups (as reported by the Southern Poverty Law Center) but beyond that you’re wasting your time trying to weed out racists that will likely all die of old age in the next ten-years anyway.

Apparently it’s hard to sell dreams of racial equality when a country that’s overwhelmingly white elects a black individual to be their President. It is not. I don't know about the US, but in (Eastern) Europe word nationalism was equal to patriotism. Basically a love for your own country. With arrival of communism however, nationalism became almost same as fascism. And that could be seen in dictionaries prior to communism and post communism. Today the word is still stigmatised and misused, mostly by media and the left.

    Nationalism is about the relationship between the state and its people. State serves the people = Socialism, People serve the state = Nationalism. Patriotism is how willing a nations people are willing to fight to maintain it. In an individual sense, its how willing you are to fight for your nations integrity.

It can be very difficult for us to see past our physical and philosophical differences. I honestly believe that we humans have more similarities than differences (in terms of our desires for an "ideal life"). This gentleman did what many of us don't want to do; sit down and talk. I think intellectual discourse is the highest celebration of our human quality; supposedly the most intelligent beings on the planet🌍.🛠🎻🎼🎺🖼☎️📲💻📡🔭🔬🚀🛰🚢✈📀💊🔋🤖🌉📚 I often wonder what the future holds for our species.🤔 I guess time will tell.⏳🙄☮

    @Dee Gee that's your takeaway? That's a very pessimistic way to look at this. I actually seen him have discourse with BLM and a few other's who wasn't as fond of his approach. He clearly said that racism as whole (no matter the race) isn't healthy for humanity. You be great though my friend.

    @Dee Gee Nationalism and pride for me but not for thee. In the end he is a black man and supports blacks. Makes no sense to be white and support these people who arent our people who hate us and have been forcefully disenfranchising us from our own country and history. They wont stop until they do to us what they did to us in Zimbabwe and South Africa, and Haiti. Everytime a white country becomes minority white they try and sometimes successfully kill us off.

  • @ralpheal455

    @ralpheal455

    @Dee Gee Well to support BLM & NAACP especially, doesn't equate to the support of the KKK. Primarily because of the history of the Klan and that in which it stands for. There's no need to explain why these groups do not compare. I think that goes without saying. BLM had some rogue individuals (Just as any group) that committed these horrific crimes against others. However, I'm not so sure if the core principles, and the intent of BLM is to push a black supremacy narrative, as the Klan do. Conceptually speaking. Also, you have to think, the BLM movement was a protest against the killings of unarmed citizens and also a protest against many inequalities that a person of color / minority, has faced historically in America (And one would argue, having faced in many other Countries). Thus, BLM, NAACP and the likes, were essentially created out of defense. The Klan was literally created to slow down the republican party efforts to establish political / economic equality for minorities (specifically people of color) at least one of the reasons. If such groups, mindsets and racial ideologies didn't exist, there wouldn't be a need for BLM in the first place. (The concept of BLM matters at least, as i heard that BLM was funded by Soro's which causes me to question the intent of it somewhat). But the concept in itself if much needed. Ultimately, the fact that this man can have discourse with Klan members (and to be willing to do so, considering their history) is very commendable. The world would improve over night, if we all had compassion for each others, and focused on our pursuits of happiness, freedoms and looked passed our so called differences.
