Yeah but that’s still not the issue. From a pure x and o standpoint, it’s rebounding. Through the first 3 games DEN has mauled LAL: 280-247 FGA 145-116 TReb 38-18 Oreb Tonight 87-93 46-53 9/8 DEN cannot stop LAL. That’s the stat to keep eyes on. Win the rebounds you’ll probably win the game. Win the rebounds and get a good DLo/AR/others and this could go 7. Lakers establishing huge leads for a reason. This isn’t like the other series where whose down has been getting annihilated off top. DEN has been outrebounding them and creating multiple 2nd chance opportunities. That’s DEN edge. If you neutralize that, LAL can take this 7.

Notice how Darvin talks about, they “deserved” the win, as if theyre entitled to it, and Malone uses terms like they didn’t “earn” it, or they have to “go out and take it”, “nothing is given”. Very typical LA attitude right there

whether the series is over or not the reverence in Michael Malone’s voice for LeBron James coming down the lane is wild in comparison to saying they’re the lakers “daddy” after the Nuggets won the 2023 NBA Championship.

We all seen that lakers can beat this team in offense and can out score them. The problem is exactly what Ham said. You play one bad quarter and its over. Gotta be consistent and keep the same pace. If Lakers didnt drop game 3 i could definitely see them winning the series. The nuggets cannot stop the pick n roll with AD and bron. And all Dlo and AR need to do is play excellent defense and make 10-15 points and the lakers are definitely in there. Unfortunately 3-1 its not looking like a chance. 4 straight is toooough

Treating Russell and Reaves getting into the paint the same as you treat Lebron with a collapsing defense was a huge mistake. Just plain goofy not making that adjustment. Lebron had a least 10 points off of blind defender dive to the basket.

I’ve said this now about the difference between the two teams since the bubble til now. Denver makes shots when it comes to it and the Lakers don’t and Denver has the ability to close out defensively on the 3 pts shooters. The Lakers lose focus on defense and they give up large leads.. these games have been close.

Hero ball dont work...5 assists pathetic , stagnant offense all night, not getting others involved, horrible shot selection, using jokic screens and not giving your highest IQ player the ball, too much dribbling, missed layups. Gordon 41 minuntes and 4 rebounds lol Malone pull your head out of you a$$ and use Jordan,, your rotations have become too predictable and easy to defend. I pin this loss on Murray and Malones ineptitude

There are coaches that know and understand X’s and O’s (and not Hugh’s and kisses either!). And then there are coaches who hire staff members that are offense and defensive minded to assist them with coaching their team. I have watched Frank Vogel when he was the coach and now Darvin Ham. I cannot agree with the narrative that Vogel was better. To me it seems as if they both have the same philosophy when it comes to coaching. Neither are X, O minded guys. Lastly, it’s a full effort from all coaching staff and the players to affect the outcome they desire…

We won but Ham got to go. Good guy, but we need a coach who can hold the team together when the other team makes a run. And we need a coach who will get in AD and LeBron's face when you got to. You and Phil need to get Rui Hachimura involved in the game, next to AD he is the best shooter on the team. Its not fair to wait until LeBron and A.D get cold and tell Rui its your time now. He needs to be involved from the start.
