Elizabeth Montgomery was sooo beautiful

I really enjoyed Irene Vernon's portrayal of Louise in the first two seasons. She was a bit icy when she wanted to be. They changed the direction of the character a bit in season three.

Dontcha just love the way Derpy Darrin was all for witchcraft when it benefitted him and not when she tried to use it to make her life easier, or help someone else out?

I remember this episode from Bewitched favorite like funny

So it was allright by Larry to think Darrin was cheating but when he thought Samantha, was (different episode) jhe was outraged

It was the 60's

Maybe the Gladys Kravutz character changed, because a difference actress played her. BEWITCHED suffered through more than one instance of chance change, due to death or health issues. Neither York nor Pierce told the producers of their health issues. The cast saw Pierce losing weight. At the beginning of season two, she got everybody together and told them of her condition. They were all stunned and, like with York, they did everything they could to help her. She and Elizabeth became very close. Liz would never let Alice criticize her looks. Paul Davis, her husband went into depression after her death. He said, in a 1968 interview, that it was the Ashers that pulled him back, especially Elizabeth. You'll see his name, as director, on a couple of episodes. Then there's the loss of Marion Lorne, Aunt Clara. She died suddenly in 1968. Elizabeth loved her very much. Liz always complimented the cast and crew.

Love the episode this clip is from THAT WAS MY WIFE. Larry was never overly affectionate to Louise, zinging her to much. In this episode, she calls out Larry for subscription to a version of "Playboy Magazine". Louise points out that she doesn't think that Darrin subscribes to such magazines. Larry says, he doesn't have to. Louise says, because he's married to Samantha. Larry, more than once, thinks Darrin is cheating on Sam. If Larry only knew Sam's warning to Darrin. 🙂 Like in ... AND SOMETHING MAKES THREE, Larry jumps to a conclusion that, Sam was pregnant. In this episode, Larry assumes Darrin is cheating on Sam, because he has a roaming eye, he thinks every man does. Projection. 🙂 There are two other scenes that I love. One, Sam changes her hair back to the blonde hair that Darrin loves, and she warns him that she'd know if he were interested in another woman. The second scene is when Louise calls and Sam answers. Darrin takes the call and sets up a meeting with her. Sam tells "Darrin to listen to her, look guilty, and promise to give het up." Darrin: "Her?" Sam: "The other woman. Obviously one of me has to go." 🙂 Charge cards/credit cards, were controlled by the husband, until 1974, when Congress changed the law.
