Darrell Brooks trial: 'Why do you have to roll your eyes at me,' Judge Jennifer Dorow asks

The 12th day of Darrell Brooks' trial started out with clashes between Brooks and Judge Jennifer Dorow, during which Brooks allegedly rolled his eyes. This prompted Judge Dorow to say, "Why do you have to roll your eyes at me. Let's start the morning off on a good note." Brooks continued to interrupt the judge, leading her to say, sternly, "Let me finish."

I know what the problem is, however justified the judge might be in how she handles this guy --- a huge unnamed group of militants will riot and threaten the lives of her family. This is really getting on my nerves but I’m sure glad they’re being patient and not taking him as a joke because there’s so many little techniqualities of the law he could use after conviction to waste more of the states time and money and agony of the victims and their families etc. They’re making sure he’s fully aware with exceeding patience because as someone who studied law and been on the wrong side of the law before he’s looking to poke techniqualities any way possible.

How does she do this? Moving him to the other court room isn't something to be done likely and like she clearly stated at the beginning there is no back up counsel for him. Not having anyone in that seat during a trial is the quickest way to a successful appeal. Fact is in probably less than a week, two tops, he's getting sentenced to life. That's all that matters.
