Darksiders is not dead! Nordic Games bought the series and there will be a third part.

***** I know that Nordic games bought it, but nordic games is only a really small studio and they will never be able to bring back the Darksiders Flare. Especially since they don't even have the same story writer.

Mofix Nordic Games are mostly publishers, so most likely they won't be developing the game. And since Crytek USA (a lot of Vigil's ex-employees) is no more, the key people went on and started a new company called Gunfire Games. And David Adams said he'd like to revive the Darksiders series, so it's all up to the negotiations between them and Nordic. In short, I'd say Darksiders III is going to happen. :D And I hope they continue where they left off instead of rebooting the series or something.

the four riders of the apocalypse are pretty awesome

1:12 i think it should have cut to the scene from the death lives trailer where he opens his eyes behind the mask for the best effect but this video is spectacular

Darksiders 1 and 2 plus Kingdom of Amalur Reckoning are the most unapreciated action adventure/RPG games I've ever played.....Only handful of games I¨ve ever played over the years were as fun as these games.

No evil nor righteous will stand, no demons nor angels deny their final fate & non will escape nor fight their final destination. Death will be there.

When I look at this video almost 1 year since I last saw it, I have chills running down my spine for I recall all the fantasizing I did when waiting for the game to come out. And now that I know there won't be any follow up to the serie, it's like burying a friend, it pains me.

just 100% completed darksiders 2, i have played all of the major RPGs of my time(zelda/DMC/GoW/AC/Prince of persia) and Darksiders 2 ranks higher in my book than all of them because the creators took some of the best ideas of all of these games and not only combined but improved upon them. Anyone who says different is just an ignorant fanboy.

I'm so glad Zelda and God of War worked together to make these games! This video was sick! I can't wait until I get this game, my best friend already has it!

I think they'd give him something along the lines of a gun-kata melee play-style.

Traditionaly they are Death, War, Pestilence and Famine. In the game they changed the names of Pestilence and Famine. I just can't recall to what at the moment.

this game has every thing ! actions~violent~fitness~ swimming ~ nice story ~ long game ~ graphics are not bad ~ you can loot items ~ there's npc's which you can buy from them weapons,, gears ,, hp and wrath ~ you can also buy skills ~ upgrade your weapons ~ you have skill point which can open and upgrade another skills ~ you can transform into a reaper .. and too many other reasons

I think someone said the first game didn't sell very well, so they needed this one to be epic, so (of course) they brought out Death.

I can´t wait to play as Strife in the next Darksiders,I wonder what melee weapons he will use.

Yeah It will have co-op play, but since they will only make the game if enough units sell, the reason that there won't be any solo game on strife and fury is because there stories are not long enough to be continued from the comics but I think they will play a major part in the third one

I don't care who says what, unless it's God telling me otherwise, this is an absolutely beautiful piece well fitted to a masterpiece of a game. Not even God of War got fan music before it came out. XD

I guess they are going to make 3 more games... 1 for each of 2 other riders and then the last one where you can choose from all 4 of them to fight in the last battle.

In the next game the 4 rider have to team up... comming riding down from the sky into there last final battle ... would be the so badass

Personally, I would love for THQ to make, not only a game for all four of the horsemen, but then one for all of them at once, but unfortunetly it's probably not gonna happen, for a number of reasons.

this gme is like playing Zelda, only with Kratos on steriods as your main character. Death would totlaly make Kratos beg for mercy!! best game of 2012!

ALL OF THIS. Besides, Darksiders is unique in that it takes a new spin on not just one mythology. It takes the story of the Four Horsemen, but adds in Archangels like Uriel and Nathaniel, Samael is the name of a Jewish angel, Absalom and Absolution... Not too sure. That, and the world is incredible, and pretty unique.
