Great reaction Marty I'm so glad you enjoyed it as much as you did! I like how you talked about the trees and scenery because the visuals in this video are magnificent. This song was my first listen to Darkher, it came up in my recommend the day it was released and it ended up being the third time a song gave me such an intense experience! Darkher has 2 albums out and they are both incredible but this is the only song that delivers such an intense experience and long song duration. "Sirens Nocturne" has a similar vibe and with that song I prefer the video version just because it includes ocean wave sounds. I love the more realistic witch vibe that Darkher has and I don't get a sense of any malevolence or malicious intent so I like to think of Jayn as a white witch of some kind. Also she is incredible in a live setting and her unique and very cool play style on the guitar is awesome to watch! She does a lot of bow on guitar playing too which is very present in Lowly Weep, if you listen closely in the drum sections the very fast trem is bow on guitar. I wish she would do a proper live recording though because all the ones on KZread are recorded with phones but are still watchable.
