    Toxic positivity ruined my life I am living in chandigarh where I am studying and learning acting I am doing everything what I wanted to do with my life but iss sab ke bawjood main khush nahi tha aur shayad unconsciously main apni aap ke negative thoughts ko dabana start kardiya aur hamesha positive sochna chalu kardiya aur ab main thakchuka hoon hadh se zyada positivity be zehar Hai par aapki video really helpful tha Ab jabse Maine har cheer mein positivity aur happiness ko force karna bandh Kara I started to be more happy then before

    Positive rehne bura nahi hai. Lekin sirf positive rehna or kuch nahi karna life me, I don't think usse kuch hoga. This is my life experience.

    Are u against of telling " be positive " ?? If s then u are negative पॉसीटीव रहो , सोचो ऐसा इसलीए बोला जाता है ताकी चींता कम हो सकते i know ki problems ko sort out करने के लीए कूछ करनाभी जरूरी होता है पर कुछ करनेके बादभी मनमें चींता रहतीभी है बहुतसे लोगोंमें तो इसीलीएही be positive कहा जाता है Be positive means मनमें आ रहे नकारात्मक वीचारोंपर ध्यान ना देना So what's wrong in saying b positive !

    I am not against it. Positive sochna short term ke liye sahi hai. But long term me sustainable nahi hai, what I have experienced and seen with others too. Agar negative thoughts aate hain to unki roots ko samajhna jaruri hai taaki jad se unhe hataya ja sake. Sirf ignore karne se, I don't feel it will help in long term. Meditation is the answer. Meditation practice se negative thoughts ko jad se khatam kiya ja sakta hai. Or ye sustainable bhi hai. 😊🙏

    @@InspiringKeshav in starting u gave the example of people who watch motivational videos घंटोघंटो motivational videos देखनेवालोंसे किनकी कमाई हो रही है येभी बताया आपने what about u you have also made a motivational video One more thing problems के समयमें negative thoughts ki जडोंतक जानेकेबारेमें सोचना सही रहेगा या पहले problems ko sort out karne ki कोशीश करना सही रहेगा ! U also know many people Think about sort out the problems first And aapne meditation k bare me bataya but recently मैने किसीसे बात की उनको धोखा मीला था उनके bf se पर आजभी उनका किसीभी काममें मन नही लगता again and again uss bf kही thoughts unke mind me aate hai मैने कहाभी उनसे की meditation karo योग करो पर उन्होने कहा की मै वो करता हू सबकुछ पर फिरभी मन में negative thoughts means bf k bare me thoughts aate rahte hai उनको क्यो नही फायदा हो रहा मेडीटेशनका ?

    Thanks for discussing this in detail. Aapne sahi kaha, problem sort karna hota hai. Or problem sort out krne ke liye apko action lena hota hai, jo mai bhi keh raha hu. Negative thoughts sabko aate hain, mujhe bhi aate hain. But unko cover karne se problem solve nahi hoti or na hi unse ladna chahiye. Meditation is a long term solution to know yourself better and make your mindset strong. It is just like training yourself in a gym. Immediate help ke liye kisi professional ki assistance leni chahiye ya fir apne kisi close family member ya friend ki. I'm glad that you are taking time to think about it in depth.
