Dark Sarah started as the singer Heidi's concept of a woman whose man betrays her and bc of that she falls to her dark side. She wanders thrue the dark side and tries to find her way back. She has many guest stars from symphonic metal in her songs and she calls her music cinematic metal. This storyline reaches over three albums and she has a new different storyline with a bit different style going on. I think you would enjoy the whole journey of this storyline, there are many videos of the songs and you can find the story on the internet, too. Thank you for your reaction!

The third Dark Sarah album continues the story to its heartbreaking end. Highly recommend you listen to it, especially the final song, The Golden Moth which is beautiful beyond words.

I found this video and song an enchanting darkly romantic Perhaps the perfect word is a gothic romance. Is this maybe a story of a woman trapped inside this mansion forced to dance with the dragon? Maybe the key was the thing she needed to escape the house and this dark romantic haunting? It seemed that the dragon dreamed of possessing the woman's love. Thus the screen where they looked younger and were dressed in white instead of black. Dark Sarah's music is a fairy tale world of Heidi's own making. At this point in the story, the character Dark Sarah had become trapped in the Underworld, and she was trying to find three keys so that she could escape. This was her first meeting with the Dragon, the ruler of the Underworld. He had the second key. (Hopefully that's not too spoiler-y. 😅) A LOT of stuff happens in the story after this, and it's a wild, bittersweet ride.

I find is funny that the guy thinks the pretty woman should be able to steal from the ugly dragon regardless of who owns what. My interpretation of the song/video is she is a thief and steals from the dragon who catches her.

If you want to hear something different from the Metal genre, try "Null Positiv - Wo Rauch ist, ist auch Feuer!" It's in German, but I think the voice of Eli Berlin alone is worth listening to this! It's not typical Metal, but more of a Metal ballad!
