This is mk11 dark Raiden, who made shinnok his bitch with ease, fried netherrealms army solo(keep in mind he usually gets weaker in the netherrealm but he’s so buffed up by all the stats mentioned even Liu kang and Kitana decide not to fuck with him) absorbed corrupted shinnoks Jinsei, empowered by shinnoks amulet and no holding back which we never seen him do due to him not being able to directly interfere and use his full powers, power wise this Dark Raiden will give Fb liu kang a run for his money, but liu kang would take the w with his time/ reality control abilities.
